We ordered wings. Appetite was ruined to say the least. Was served raw, bloody chicken. Manager was apologetic but had the nerve... to say it was a learning curve and "trial and error". Was refused a refund. I'm super disappointed with the management at this Kelsey's location. I ordered lunch from Kelsey's- a... burger and fries. I picked it up myself. Figured I would treat myself to lunch during work. The fries were bland then onto theburger- there was absolutely nothing on the burger when I requested lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and ketchup. It was just a bunand patty like someone threw it together. I called to the location to complain. I received apologies. Offered to remake it forme. No, I'm not wasting my gas to drive all the way back. I asked for a refund and was met with complications, "well I can't dothat since you ordered online," "go online to request a refund", "the systems are different", etc. How is a refund so difficult?I went through the online contact form and was connected with the manager at this location. First of all, Jacklyn the generalmanager didn't even take the time to ensure that she spelt my name right when addressing me in the email. Unbelievable. Nexttried to offer me a credit for my next meal. Why would I want to ever go back? I asked for a refund and I haven't heard back in2 weeks. I sent a follow-up email and still nothing. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon. The store was not too busy and the service was at a reasonable pace. Got their nacho apps,... mushroom melt burger, and funnel cake fries. Definitely gave my stomach a run for its money. Keep it up Kelsey. 4/5 Read more
Great visit at this establishment a couple of weeks ago with Carlie at the Bar and Stephanie who served me and friends on the... patio! She’s courteous and makes you feel welcomed!!! Then moved in to bar with Carlie at the helm who was awesome as well!!!Worked non-stop however still had the time for us for a few words of kindness!! Amazing visit which completes the bar!! Randy isa great bartender server as well with a cheerful greeting always!! Thumbs up to great service with second to noneservers/bartenders/wait staff!!! Just spent a couple of hours at this location after being away because of COVID. Stopped in for some great broccoli and cheddar... soup served super hot and served by Alcidia. Wife enjoyed the soups me d salad and it was perfect New and improved review afterthe last miserable COVID shutdown Went there this evening on our way home and decided to give outdoor dining a go since it wasa beautiful evening. Based on previous experiences, we decided to re-visit this Kelsey's location. we did call ahead to makesure they had room and they said they would be thrilled to have us come by. Great way to start off! When we arrived we wereescorted to our seat by the busboy Riley who recognized us from previous visits even though we were masked and commented on thefact that he was happy to see us back. This was from a young busboy and was amazing to say the least. During our entire visit,he went out of his way to ensure my wife (uses a walker) was comfortable. Our server Carly was great and had the patience of asaint in dealing with my wife's endless questions and modifications. She earned her tip for sure and was cheerful and friendlythrough the entire evening.All our silly little demands were met with a cheerful attitude! The manager Scot stopped by and alsosaid he recognized us from previous visits and from different locations he had been at. It is so nice when you are recognized asa return customer. During the evening he stopped by on more than one occasion to ensure we (my wife) were happy with the serviceand meals. Edit: Came in tonight and our server Alyssa was great! Great food as always, definitely coming back. Came in last night and the... place was absolutely packed. Wanted to leave a review to say even though they were swamped with tables they were efficient andchecked on us very often. The manager was out helping her employees and checking on tables as well which is great to see on anight like that. Thanks for everything my family had a great night watching the game! Read more
