After 1.5 hours of waiting, I went into the store. Apparently the skip driver returned my food. Manager was very apologetic and... thru in some extra items. Very much appreciated. That is how you recover a bad experience. Read more
I would give it 0 stars if I could. Went there for a chicken sandwich meal, when I got home the food was COLD (I live across the... street) and tasted like it had been sitting for hours, only to find out that my chicken sandwich was RAW in the middle, so not only was my food not stored at the proper temperature for a long period of time but also growing bacteria from the raw chickenin the middle which made me sick for TWO days. After complaining to KFC head office, a week went by without a single call, soafter not one, not two but THREE additional calls to escalate this, I've still yet to hear back. Stay far away from this KFCunless you want to get sick and when you do get sick, they won't even return your call, do yourself a favor and go to thePopeyes up the road. Read more

So as always I'm missing atleast one dip.. why not just give a different one like the app says you will do if your out of that... sauce? Also orders 2 BOTTLES of DIET Pepsi.. instead recieved 2 CANs of regular Pepsi. No one is willing to answer the phone tofix the order and when calling customer service line they just transfer you back to the place that made you the meal, whichdoesn't answer the phone.. still waiting for a call back to fix the problem.. but that won't happen.. so I overpaid for drinksthat are going in garbage. It's not even this KFC that's the issue it's KFC in general clearly if customer service can't even dothere job correctly Read more

Best kfc I have had in all of Whitby or Oshawa the order is always right and the food itself is always perfectly done at this... location never a problem. The rest of the locations we have ordered from aren?t even as close to the quality of the food orgetting the order right in general. This is the only kfc I will order from now. Read more

Fed my extended family tonight. This was a bad choice, has the management changed? I have been coming to this location for... years. The chicken was over cooked, the seasoning non existent the fries over cooked, the gravy was watery and the new corn.....c'mon. No seasoning undercooked and bland. Budget corn at best. 60 plus dollars, I sent my thoughts in as they asked. In returnI get a coupon which has to be used in the next 10 days, and I have to pay the tax for a small popcorn chicken with a buttonthat says apology accepted. I am not accepting anything I will just never go back to this location again. I've been inindustrial sales for 30 years. When you screw up you make it right. You don't insult the customer. What a terrible experience at this KFC. I was early waiting for my online order so I was sitting down waiting for my order. I... was then told my the staff that I wasn?t allowed to wait for my order inside (because of covid). I was literally the only personin the whole dining area, I wasn?t drinking or eating just sitting on my phone waiting. It was -4 out and they wanted me to waitoutside. So I walked around to the front of the store and that was allowed. The front counter guy agreed the rules don?t makesense. Then I got home and both of our chicken sandwiches were burnt to a crisp (see photo). Truly terrible service anddisgusting chicken. Please treat people like humans and don?t enforce arbitrary rules that make no sense and no wrong wascommitted. And to top everything off they were out of 2 of 4 sauces. Read more

Ordered the New Chicken Sandwich. Was super hyped to write a review and post a photo. If I was just rating the sandwich and... staff, my raiting would be five star. Unfortunately the web site order lost a star. So first I will tell you about the awesomesandwich and will mention the staff corrected the order issue quickly and professionally and the manager is awesome. TheSandwich.: The chicken is awesome. The spice is just right, the chicken was juicy and yum, just wish it was a bigger piece. Thespicy mayo is nice and creamy. The pickle cuts the tart and spice. Yummy. The bun was nothing special. The issue we had was theweb site canceled the pickle and spicy mayo. I ordered delivery so just plain chicken on s bun came. I called in, sounds like aflaw in the web coding. They sent correct sandwiches and the replacements came quickly, so no big deal for me, but someone needsto check the code. Read more
