Poor service. Bad management. Today I ordered a filet O'fish combo with a upsized large fries and a medium coffee instead of a... cold drink. I often like to participate in the monopoly seasonal challenge and usually with the medium coffee and large friescomes two play stickers each, however, this time around the coffee was without stickers and when I checked the fries it also hadno stickers, when asked about the stickers they had told me that the medium coffee stickers were "out of order," along with thelarge fries. I was given the stickers eventually by the manager but while doing so she repeatedly told me that I am not supposedto receive the stickers. Read more
Ordered food, waited and then told that they were out of chicken. Fries were potatoey (hard on inside) and not fluffy.(under... cooked) How hard is it to follow a cooking system put in place by a corporation. Not to mention rudely told no drink refills...um since when does McDonald's not do refills? Order was dine in and we were served in takeout. This Walmart is the dirtiest I’ve ever been to. I realize it is inside a Walmart so it’s probably busier but my god. There... was garbage all over the floor, floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in a while, all the garbages were overflowing and had fliesbuzzing around. I went with my Grandson and my daughter, we had a nice time, my Grandson loves the hash brown though he is around 15 months but... he ate one complete, we love to come as he loves the Hashbrown, the staff is good, the ambiance is nice and the location isclean and tidy???? Read more
First off, we were there around 6:20 so I understand the dinner rush. Our order took over half an hour to be done. 3 people were... missing during that whole duration. Whoever was managing did a poor job putting that many on break or schedule during the rush.We got 4 combos and given 3 fries. I would've left it. I got the double filet o fish. Most of the tartar sauce was in the boxand none was actually in the burger but on the outside. Fine. I still understood. I took a bite into it. It's a stale, dryburger as if it was already made and sat out for days. I couldn't even bite through the fish. The fish itself was basicallyfused into the cheese which meant it was sitting there and reheated at best. This is straight up appalling. Read more
