Unfortunately my usual post-shift McDonald?s (King St East) had shut down to just coffee and muffins around 1:45 AM (unusual), I... was hungry enough to drive out of my way to this location. They did forget my fries (mistakes happen), when I drove back throughhe was already aware and gave me a large fry instead along with an apple pie. Everything was fresh including my nuggets which isusually 50/50 at later hours. I?m not really into apple pie and have honestly never even tried it (even though I?ve been aMcDonald?s customer for probably 20 years). It was delicious and I might even order it in the future. Went there around 10pm on a Tuesday to find about 10-12 teenagers inside hanging out. Then realized that they were socializing... with staff. They were left with delivery orders that they were screwing around with. Also moving stools to the top of tables andstanding on them too. Finally after about 20 minutes (that I was there for) a "manager" asked them to leave. The owner (Lisa?)Might need to take that location a little more seriously. Read more
One of a kind guilty pleasure. Touch screens for quick, efficient orders. World famous fries live up to the name. Egg mcmuffin... was alright, not my favourite. Cookies are great. Can't go wrong. Read more
Can I give less than 1 star? If I could I would. What an epic disaster this location always turns out to be. When will I... learn to go to Wendy's or even A&W across the street. Next time. Notifications about other people seeing this review willremind me of how horrible this location is. My first mistake was choosing this location. Second mistake was using the appfor my order.....a simple order. 6 nuggets, 1 BLT grilled chicken, 1 hamburger, 3 medium drinks & 3 medium fries. I was over10 minutes waiting in designated pick up spot before employee brought out order. Fries were stone cold and tasted horrible. Had to go back inside and wait for fries that were actually hot and edible. Other problems on top of that, what a waste of foodfor me to toss 3 orders of fries in my green bin at home, 1 drink was a diet coke instead of a coke, hamburger may have beenstepped on or sat on based on its appearance and there was not tomatoe on the chicken BLT....so I guess it was just a BL. Wouldhighly discourage anyone considering stopping here to drive on to somewhere else. Read more
WARNING!!! Found mould in my breakfast burritos! Scariest thing is that the mould wasn't noticable from the outside. I wouldn't... have known about this if I hadn't ripped the top off because it had hardened up, like they usually do. Contacted McDonald's andthey offered 2 free breakfast meals! Like I'm going to be eating at this place anytime soon. Be careful neighbours! The managerdidn't seem too surprised about it! Not my first bad experience at this location, but definitely will be my last (at least for awhile)! Read more
Last week same problem this week same deal. Pay for a large fries get med or small medium. Wow, I know it?s only fries but man... I?m angry enough not to get McDonald?s no more I guess wendys is getting my money from now on. Read more
They filled up the ice cream cup barely half way. When I asked to put in a little more vanilla, they refused to even acknowledge... the fact that there was a problem with it. I've ordered hundreds of sundaes from mcdonalds, have never been this disappointed.Instead of giving a new cup of ice cream, all we got was attitude. Read more
Needed a cheat day meal. Got the double quarter with large fries and a kitkat mcflurry. They completed all of my special order... things on my burger. Fries were nice and hot and my ice cream was delicious. A young man with a j delivered my food to me in thepickup and he was very polite. Overall great experience Read more
