Edit: the manager called and sent another full order, better prepared. The size of the portions were better filled. We are going... to try the food in the house so we can make up our minds about the service/tasty in general. Previously : We just got thefamily barbecue and the sides size are ridiculous. The rice pilaf portion looks like someone already eat. The fries are not afamily size at all. And the ribs are for 2 people not 4 people like they suggest the family barbecue is, and also its burned asshows in the picture. Only the wings and the appetizer is a regular size. Please look the picture of how it was when we openit. The size of the package is small, and it's not even half way full. Ridiculous. And the food was really cold, considering wepicked up direct and came home to eat, should be warm at least. I fell like I payed 77$ to bring home leftover food. ???? many waisted. Read more

I had a really disappointing experience ordering Montana's Valentine special. My takout order was messed up, items missing,... steak far from rare (see picture). I'm giving four starts still as their customer service is excellent, they went over andbeyond to make it right. And this was a busy weekend. And everyone can make mistakes sometimes. Had dinner here on New Year?s Eve with my friends. Firstly I really loved the ambiance. The decor and even the dress code of the... staff were giving a nice ?Texas? vibe. Felt like I should?ve worn a cowboy hat lol. The customer service was top notch! Anycomplaints at all we had were rectified within minutes and it was amazing, really. Shout out to Moh!
