This used to be our favourite Mr Sub. Staffing or ownership changes have resulted in very poor service. The shop isn?t very... clean anymore and the staff seem bothered to have to serve customers. Read more
This location is our 'go to' but this last visit was so difficult. Go here with patience. I always get the Keto bun toasted... before it is loaded. The server continuously argued with me saying they don't do this and never have. I eventually won that warbut then she insisted I let her know all 3 orders' preferences. I asked her if she was going to remember them to which she saidshe would...of course she didn't. She then get angry with me because she said I was confusing her..ugh. this was an extremelyexhausting experience. Read more

This is an overall review. I go out of my way to come to this Me Sub because they used to be great. Somethings has changed and... slow service is included as well. It is not just for one person yet this time when I asked to get change on my last visit for abill that was $28.08, I gave her $30.10 to get a $2.00 coin back. She had no idea how to provide that change and did notunderstand what I was doing even after I explained it to her. When you bag subs and drinks, why is it procedure to put the subson the bag first and put the drinks on top? This is everyone that works there and this just squishes the subs that are in thebag. The drinks are heavier. lay them on the bottom of the bag and put the subs on top or beside standing up so when you pickup the bag they are not squished or bent after you pick up the bad. Mr.sub is my go to sub shop. The staff is always friendly. The restaurant is very clean. Meats and veg are usually always fresh.... Soup of the day and huge chocolate chip cookies. Prices are very good, you can't go wrong! Read more
My dad just picked up three subs to go from this location (normally we go to the one off Ritson south) and we are so... disappointed to say the least. My sub had literally no lettuce and the bun and something burnt on the side of it? no idea whatit is. And the lettuce that was on it? half of it was bad. Also, the sub did not taste right. Never coming to this locationagain- for $10 a sub, you expect a GOOD sandwich. Not from here! No one liked their subs. Read more
