If you're gluten free, order somewhere else. The pizza was stuck to this metal pan and I couldn't get it off. Pizza ripped apart... and they didn't even cut it. Over cooked, crust wasn't good and I spent $30 to have a tiny, burnt, stuck, sad little pizzadelivered. Won't be back. Read more
First time came in this location and very impressed. Pizzas are amazing! Not overcooked, soft, lots of topping, workers are... great! Bill, I guess his name was, Chinese man, (sorry if I am wrong), very professional, he brought pizzas to the car, tookjust 10-12 min..2 pizzas+ bread sticks. We are very happy. Thank you Bill! I saw lots of review of under cooked pizza still I ordered pizza 11 in the morning and got uncooked pizza literally. When I... called store to complain representative said oven?s running from 1 hour and it should be fine. Unbelievable answer. They need tochange their oven for sure and employees as well. Even in store when I reached she was talking on personal phone and continueduntil I left. Didn?t even bother saying hello or thank you. This store should be closed out. I ordered a pizza tonight, when I got home this is what I found. I would?ve called and complained to the store it was closed by... the time I got home. I actually would?ve came back and brought the pizza and demanded my money back because after this there?sno way I can eat here again.. the taste was vinegary and completely mushy. This is absolutely disgusting!!! I do not understandhow a place that specifically makes pizzas cannot make a pizza? the entire pizza was raw. I couldn?t upload my video so I tookscreenshots of it for pictures but this is not cheese I?m touching this is the dough. I have taken all the toppings off thepizza. Pizza Hut is great! We got the $25 box deal which comes with a 2 topping pizza, pasta and boneless bites. We also got the $10... pizza of the day. All and all it was definitely worth it. The staff here and super friendly. Read more
My first time ordering from the Pizza Hut franchise, I was disappointed with the lack of respect I received as a customer.... However, the pizza was by far the best I can recall ever enjoying. The dough is unbelievably light and airy, and somehow they'vemanaged to make the crust a delightful thing to enjoy, which I usually dislike. My only advice for you is to take your businessto another Pizza Hut store or at a minimum, avoid delivery. Feel free to see the attached photo of what I received. I couldn'teven begin to fathom what on earth was done to this innocent pizza that resulted in its current state. Anyways, I called back into inform them of what I received, and they spoke to me in a very aggressive manner and interrupted me several times. They didoffer to send out a replacement pizza less the slices my kids already ate, which seems like an odd thing to do but wasreasonable. However, I was legitimately concerned they would have spat on the pizza based solely on the way I was spoken to andopted not go that route. IMO, it would be a waste of their time to send someone back with a new pizza, and instead, I would havepreferred a coupon or even just a sorry at minimum (which I never received). Moral of the story: check your pizzas upon deliveryand if your a business treat your customers as fellow human beings. Read more
Man, i called 2x spoke to manager twice before and after specifically requesting no crust and toppings and cheese to be pushed... out to the end so theres no crust and she said ok she would do it. Ordered 4x large veg pizzas. My sis picked it up And i findout after that they didnt do it!! Ill never visit this pizza hut again. Cant even do simple things right and we spent 75 bucks. Read more
