I don't understand why it's so hard to order a pizza from Pizza Hut in general. For whatever reason this location never answers... their phone, so you need to speak with the "call center", long wiat times/disconnected. If there is an issue with the order theycan't help and direct you to the store. If I'm trying to do a call ahead pick up or a delivery why would I want to go to thestore to place the order. Not the first time I had this issue, but no one responded to my "feedback" placed through the pizzahut website. Find somewhere else to spend your money. Read more

All you have to do for me to rate you 5 stars is pick up your phone. No pickup, so I can't make a simple request to add chili... flakes to my pizza before it cooks. Sorry 1/5. Maybe next time I try ordering and you pickup the phone I'll change my review. Read more

Garlic bread was pretty sad. Never been to a pizza place that didn't have a single price on the menu, only calorie counts, even... per item on building a pizza. Pretty innatentive staff. Will not use this location again. Read more

Couple of weeks ago my ordered was messed up via an online order which shipped from this location. I came into this location to... bring up my concern to a gentleman named Brandon at this location. Not only did he acknowledge my concern, but he happened toremember my order even though he probably goes through hundreds of orders per day. With that being said, he was very apologetictowards my last experience & strived to achieve excellent customer service this time around. Not only did he fix the problem buthe also exceeded my expectations for quality of food & service. If a person of power reads this, please give this man a raisefor his ability to resolve conflict & his dedication to the brand by retaining customer loyalty. Read more

Got the $16.99 special for a large Canadian. The pizza had patches with no cheese and toppings, and dough was under cooked.... Pizza Hut usually has amazing pizza, this location does not provide that quality. Recommend going to another location. Read more

Ordered via Uber eats most of the time and they were great or so I thought. I decided to give the delivery service a go and get... a cheese lover. The pizza was so dry,I was tasting bread majority of the bites, I could not taste the tomato sauce on the pizza.Tried again tonight with what I always get ?cheese lover, pan crust? paid for extra sauce this time too. One bite in I realizedit wasn?t pan crust. Called to let them know to be told that I don?t know the difference even by Riaz. Being in fast foodindustry myself and how they approached the situation at first most definitely turned me off from even expecting an apology. Ifit was possible no stars would have been given.
