The guy sold me burnt pizza slice at 10:30pm after my game. I was stupid to go to this place but how cruel you have to be to do... such a thing to someone, like come on have some decency. If you burnt a pizza while making it toss it in the garbage and not tosell it to someone so they either end up sleeping hungry or getting sick. I wish I could sue this place for doing this to me.This is wrong at so many levels, honestly I took 2 bites and i was about to throw up. Very friendly and fast, efficient staff. Always easy to get parking, it's handy having petValu right next door and of course,... the pizza and garlic bread is delicious. The best Pizza Nova I've ever visited! I can't recommend it enough. Read more
Order through uber eats delivery asking for just cheese on half the pizza. They delivered a pizza with no cheese and half with... just toppings. I?m sorry but who orders a pizza with no cheese and just toppings on half? Instead of calling to confirm theirmisunderstanding of what they thought was meant about just cheese on half, when I called to tell them the mistake the managerargued with me and said I didn?t specify I wanted no toppings too which makes absolutely no sense- So you?re saying I want apizza with just sauce? Walked in and ordered my son's usual pizza, lightly done, easy on the sauce, double green olives, double pepperoni and extra... cheese, along with an order of chicken pollini ... the food was cooked to perfection and super delicious!!! Thanks so much PizzaNova ... you guys are awesome!! You make my son and I feel like family every time we order!! Most times this place is average, but my last visit was very disappointing. I placed my order at 11am for pickup at 5:15pm,... because I was on a tight schedule for the day and did not want delays. This was a decent sized order as well. I arrived at5:20pm feeling bad for being late, but my pizza did not end up being ready until 5:45pm - 30 minutes late. I was told ?5 moreminutes? three times while I was waiting. I specifically ordered far in advance to avoid this. There was no apology, fromanyone. At first the pizza Slice looked over cook. Once I, picked up the slice of pizza I, notice it's the natural colour of the dough... crust and after tasting the darker dough I, was amazed at the texture, flavour and aroma of said pizza. The new pizza at thisstore seem to be worth the extra as quality was self evident. Read more
