Ordered an hour ahead of time so that I wouldn?t have to wait. When I got there I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes... anyway, there were no other customers in the store. 23 minutes later I received my food only to discover when I got home thatthey forgot the coleslaw and mislabeled the mild and spicy chicken. Super slow, doesn't take orders properly.. lady spends 10 mins on her personal cell phone talking to someone and stares at a... lady while holding her finished order in her hand.. painful to watch how slow they are here.. made multiple orders in a rowincorrect. Chicken was so greasy that it left a grease puddle in the box that flowed even the box was tilted. There was no ketchup for the... fries. The washroom was very dirty. Worst Customer Service among all Popeyes. I ordered Ghost pepper wings , firstly they took 15 minutes instead of their 7-8 mins... promise, then when I brought it home it was all over fried, I took it back they started teaching how this wings are theirstandard frying level.
