my drinks are really good I only had one drink I did not like As it was somewhat fibrous. theres one drink making girl I really... like and she should be the one on the register all the time, my last visit they had someone on cash who very obviously doesn?tunderstand canadian currency and was asking the drink girls the correct change to give back, distracting them while makingdrinks. She then proceeded to put the change on the counter and not handed it to me, that?s a dissatisfaction in ending anotherwise friendly encounter. this place has improved since the last time i've been here! i got a mango pineapple passion fruit slush with mango chunks, it... tasted great. however there's a slight error in the menu i saw on the tv screen. i order mango pineapple not knowing thepineapple was an extra addon, and it showed in the cashier screen (on the receiving end). might wanna fix that. the staff wasn'twearing masks while preparing the drinks either. one was wearing gloves alright but i'm a bit concerned food safety-wise. Came in on August 29 at 550pm. First had to wait about 20 mins for a Mango Diamond Slush to come through. Which is still... understandable to an extent, but the drink they served me was pathetic. It was made of sour mangos ???? which were not ripe atall and there were minimal mango chunks in the drink. For a Drink worth $8.50, I expect better than perfect results every-time.They just lost a frequent customer because i could have easily gone for a ice capp instead and saved myself $5. If you want to enjoy the fruit juice, slush, smoothie, ice crushed juices, sherbet, milk tea or green tea...this is the place... you would want to be. To me their very popular drinks are their signature collection Mango Dimond shush. You can get manydifferent type of toppings my fav is Tapioka. All types of drinks are avaible in 3 sizes. I can guarantee that anyone would fallfor this...just try it out. Recently, they introduced touch kiosk for placing orders, which doesn't work most of the time.Moreover, many stores are equipped with just one kiosk. Read more
The installation of the self help kiosk for ordering has resulted in extremely poor customer service. I stood at the register... and was not even acknowledged by the staff working behind the counter. It is not a more efficient system and makes coming intothe store less personal. Automation does not always add value and your product is not so spectacular that poor customer serviceis worth over looking. Read more
The drinks they sell are awesome! From the famous Taro, Mango and Macha Green tea to the more exotic fruits like Durian and... Lychee flavour. The customer service is so-so, but I do understand that they are very busy most of the time. If your at OshawaMall and in need to refresh yourself with some exotic drinks, this place is a must! I usually have a good experience at the Oshawa centre location but lately it hasn?t been very good costumer service wise, I went... there with a friend recently and it was the worst experience, I had to correct the cashier more than 3 times and charged metwice she my one and only drink, my friend payed cash and the cashier had trouble counting the money,I understand not everyoneis good mathematically but please put someone who understands Canadian currency.The drinks are good though!
