We came for the first time to watch a baseball game on the huuuuuge screen on the patio, and what a great experience! The food... was really good (especially the fish & chips), the service was fantastic, the manager was very helpful in getting the TV readyfor the game - overall it was just a really nice night out. Bought a wing poutine for lunch for pick up and in it was the wrong sauce. I don't do well with hot sauce so I brought it back.... They fixed up my order after a 10 minute wait or so and I was happy. However, when I finally got to use my last 5 mins of breakto eat all they did was put some of the sauce I asked for on top. Awful restaurant. Ordered wings and fries for delivery. Got 1lb, asked for half hot and half jerk. They charged me $1 for what... they call ?extra sauce? even tho I?m still technically only getting the same amount of sauce just half in one flavour and halfin another, and no my wings weren?t extra saucy so not like they sauced them up extra. Went out to dinner with hubby. He ordered wings and rib combo and I ordered California Quinoa salad. Food was brought over,... but no utensils and no dressing for my salad. The wings were okay, but the ribs were dried out. Waitress said there are madefrom frozen. Waitresses spent most of their time chatting with clients at the bar and seemed to treat those ordering food as anafterthought. Read more
Service was good, but it was pretty empty today. Food needs improvement. Hubby ordered honey Cajun chicken sandwich with not... enough sauce. Cheese tip was not super hot. Dill dip is their signature and we didnt get any with our enteee. Went for a date night with my boyfriend and got all you can eat wings. Our server Mikayla was absolutely amazing. Constantly... checking in on us, getting us refills on our wings and drinks. I do not recommend eating at this place or drinking beer! Taps are dirty, the waitress tried arguing with me telling me that... she's been serving Budweiser all day. Doesn't matter what she thinks or her opinion, my money customer service! The food wasgross, we order poppers the garnish was literally lettuce rotten lettuce. My husband, mother and I went out for lunch at this location. We are extremely disappointed with the service here. We have... always loved St. Louis. Their food is amazing and are never disappointed. This time was different. We got seated and ordered,our waitress was very nice, attentive and super helpful. When we got our food everything was very much room temperature and formyself and my mother we don?t mind as we don?t like our food too hot anyways. That being said our food should be hot. My husbandjust told our waitress it wasn?t hot and she asked if she could get him a new one and we said yes that would be great. That wasamazing service and we appreciate it. However the manager (we think) came over to us and asked how everything was and my husbandjust said his wasn?t too hot and she was getting him a new one. He proceeded to argue with my husband saying my mothers frieswere made the same as his and his food was hot. We said we understand what he is saying but we don?t agree that as it wasn?thot. He continued to argue with my husband about it instead of simply apologizing or even just leaving it at ?okay no worries?.Super unprofessional and ridiculous honestly. I don?t really think someone who is looking to fight customers on their food ordershould be a manager. If you?ve gotten this far my advice is to simply go to a different restaurant or different St. Louis or stlouis needs to get a manager who respects customers and doesn?t have an attitude.
