Very uncomfortable subway visit. The lady might be training still, however she coughed and didn't change her gloves at all, and... she really needs to cover her wounds in the hand or wear full sleeve perhaps. I lost appetite after seeing blood in open woundsclose proximity to my food. I did throw my food unfortunately. As a customer I expect a bit more hygiene. Read more
I went in the other day to grab some lunch. The bread was either over toasted or stale. It was hard and inedible, so I ended up... scooping out the ingredients and eating them without the bread. That said, the lady who helped me was Kim. It was her first day.Kim was great. She was pleasant and took great caution to build the sub as I asked. As an older worker myself who recentlystarted a new job I have great appreciation for someone like Kim, and I wish her all the best. Five stars for Kim, but Subwayneeds to do a much better job ensuring their bread is fresh and palatable. Read more
Subway is a mystery to me. At one time, way back in the $5 foot long days, they were a very regular go to for myself and many... others I know. Now I just question how there are still so many Subway locations still in existence. The food is basic at best. Fine selection of bread, which all tastes the same. The same can be said with their veggies. How is it possible that theveggies at Subway are practically tasteless? Maybe my taste buds are off but I doubt that. I gave them a chance today. Firsttime in about three years. I had heard advertisements claiming they had many new sandwiches and ways to order. When I went inI noticed the menu had considerable changes but everything was still pretty much the same. I ordered a 12" roasted chickensandwich on Italian herb and cheese bread. I asked for it to be toasted. I will admit I was pleased with how the sub wasprepared. I have seen many other locations be very protective with putting toppings on the sandwiches so called me impressedhere. Maybe that right there is the reason I decided to give this location a three star review. The sandwich was ok. Nothingto get overly excited about. The flavour was just lacking even though I had it loaded with tomato, onion, green pepper andmore. The hot sauce I had added to it was nice. The cost after tax was $14 which seems like a lot for a simple sandwich. Read more
I ordered it through app. Every time I order from here they mess up my order. I mentioned to extra toast the bread and instead... it was not toasted . There was cheese in the order and when I saw no cheese !!!!! The artist is so messy , they make sandwich asif we are getting it for free . It?s very upsetting when you order subway for dinner and your dinner is ruined . Read more
Subway workers and required to change their gloves between every sand which they make & they didn?t do that after handling... multiple sandwiches with different meats even though I?m a vegetarian. Read more
Spacious and clean location, sandwiches were well made and ingredients were fresh.
The trainee made a mess of the sub I ordered on Dec 3rd. She managed to get mustard and mayo all over the outside of the bread.... I didn't say anything but was very upset watching her make the sub. After sitting down and eating half of the sub (which was acomplete mess), I noticed a big hair on the other half of the sub. Once I saw that I had enough. The other employee who was moreexperienced suggested she refund half of the money. I just laughed, took whatever she gave me and left shaking my head. Herexcuse was the owners are out of the country so she couldn't refund me the whole amount. Maybe the owners should leave someonewho isn't afraid to take responsibility if they're not going to be around. I paid in cash so it was not that hard to issue therefund. It is also not a big deal to write off a 12 inch bun and 3 scoops of tuna. Instead now they get a bad review foreveryone to see. I think the 12 dollar refund would've cost them less. I'll give you 2 stars because she refunded some of themoney. My message to owners: please instruct your employees on how to deal with this type of situation. I am not that mad abouta hair on the sub as it can happen anywhere at any restaurant. I am more concerned about how it was dealt with and how the subwas a total mess to begin with Read more
