We were so tired from work and wanted to grab something quickly, drove to Taco Bell and the guy who was in charge of drive... through was just amazing. Amazing customer service with excellent approach towards customer. The girl took my order wrong 3 times. I asked for a steak burrito, she said "ok, beef burrito ". I clarified and said "no,... steak burrito". She says "just one beef burrito?". I said "STEAK, NOT BEEF". She said "ok" and placed the order, then wentonto argue with the customer behind me about coupons. While waiting I checked my receipt a d saw she put beef, not steak. Ihad to wave another employee down from the back as she avoided me. I explained to her what happened and they were making thewrong item, as I'm explained they give me my order... beef smh. I explained yet again... and finaly another (3rd) employee says"ge wanted steak" and made me one. And the food was awful in the end. My fault for going to Taco Bell I guess. Read more
Horrible missed whole meals on order that almost 100 bucks for so little of food you'd think if someone's gunna order that much... you'd take the time to make the full order then your stuck going back cus a kid has no food at all like how do you even miss awhole meal thats a special kind of stupid if you can't do the job your advertising just closes the doors qill never be trying toeat at another soul restaurant owned facility agian after this experience. I just picked up food from the drive through, and when I paid debit, they don't take tap, because now they ask for TIPS, LOL... maybe if you didn't take 10+minutes per order. When I didn't tip, I basically had my food tossed at me. I will never go back,you just lost my business. Read more
Funny how the debit machine now accepts tips in the drive-thru. It?s important for people to know that the owner(s) take a... percentage of the daily tip proceeds. I have a nephew who works at this location so it?s legit. Service and food etc as expectedbut the stealing of tips from employees is unacceptable and I would assume illegal. Read more
This Taco Bell has served me well in the past and on my most recent visit another great dine in service. The restaurant has... changed a lot over the last 10 years and I have to say this more current reiteration is probably the best. The front lobby islarge and you can easily view the menu without being in anybody's way. There is plentiful seating for dining in. Overall thenew aesthetic looks great. The food is also on par with your typical Taco Bell visit which means that it was fantastic. Youknow what you're getting and it has that signature Taco Bell flavour. The server you helped me was friendly. She took my orderand gave me my receipt and told me about the Taco Bell customer satisfaction survey. Nice. Today I ordered the beef crunchwrap supreme with a fries supreme and a drink. All of it was great. I took some hot sauce on the side and enjoyed mylunch. Taco Bell typically does not disappoint. This N.Oshawa restaurant is one of the WORST in all of the city. Not only can they NOT get your order right, but the staff is... poorly trained, and can't even put together the basics properly. Last time I checked, NACHOS..should actually have meat andcheese sauce on it, and should at least look somewhat appetizing..and NOT like someone in the restaurant just threw up in myorder. Nachos are inedible. I wouldnt feed them to my dog..If I had one. Do yourself a favor, skip this place..You're better offgoing to McDonald's!! Read more
Open later than most of the other fast foods besides MacDonald's Food is fresh, drinks are bubbly, the staff are polite and... friendly. Great deals. Renovated restaurant that's clean and tidy. Drive thru is a bit confusing but due to the location I canunderstand why. The restaurant had a tip option on their pos system before you pay you can select to give a tip or not. I guessthat's a new trend everywhere? Regardless I gave a tip because they were open late and I appreciate that. I hope it goes to theemployee's directly. Read more
