Went to the mall for dinner for the first time in a few years with my parents. My dad and I went to the Taco Bell, and first and... foremost - the customer infront of us was trying to tell a dude that her order was wrong, and he persisted on arguing with herabout it, even though it was clear as day what was on the reciept didn't match what was in the bag. Then for our order, my dadasked for a tray (usually you don't have to do this as they hand you one anyway) and the chick just handed us our bag, my dadsaid he asked for tray and little miss muffett cashier just rolled her eyes, shook her head and turned her back to us. . I?ve no complaints about the food here as whenever my family and I go to the Oshawa Centre and we go to the food court we get... cheese quesadilla or the fries supreme. The food is fine ????. I don?t know why it is but I always like to verify that there beno meat in the cheese quesadillas (sometimes there are different employees who take the order). I eat halal just like there arepeople who eat kosher, vegan, are vegetarian and so forth. However, I don?t understand why there is a need for the manager whoworks there (brown lady like me who wears glasses????) to get annoyed and very rudely and sarcastically reply that there is nomeat in it just cheese and sauce. Like one can say the same thing in a nice way. I have things on my mind and I don?t eat out orfrequent the mall that much (just once in a while) so a girl can forget cut her some slack! Love their rice, cheese and bean Barritos. The price is so reasonable. The fries supreme is also another choice that I always... seem to go for. The staff is very pleasant and pays close attention to who ordered what. I guess there was a confusion withsomeone trying to claim another order. You find those people everywhere. Read more
I had to repeat my order three times because the worker either wasn't listening or didn't care. Then I saw the bill on the... counter while I was waiting for my food to be made and it was still wrong. There was barely any meat in the tacos and they wereextremely greasy. Read more
The food was fresh and tasted good. The service was quick.
I came near to closing time (1 hour to go) and it took half an hour to get my food. When I finally got it it was lackluster to... say the least - almost no filling in the burritos. I filed a complaint which asked if I would like follow up. I selected yesas I felt their quality and customer services to be lacking. I received no follow-up from them. I absolutely will never goback here and I say this as someone who really eats at Taco Bell a lot. This is frankly their worst outlet. Go anywhere elseto get the services and quality you're used to. Poor customer service. Girl at the counter didnt even acknowledge we were there and looked at us as if it was a bother.... Unfriendly and they arent using namebrand pop. The "Dr Pepper" was more like Dr Lepper, tasteless and watered down. Read more
