The drive thru time is brutal?29 minutes for 1 coffee. People behind me were beeping there horns. They need to retrain here. No... longer going to this location. Same as all Tim Hortons sometimes you get good service and most times they get your order wrong. They are consistent with the... good and the bad. Read more

What can anyone say... The best coffee in Canada.. The Yanks can keep their Starbucks.. Great foods, deserts.. Their breakfast... sandwiches are so good.. I used to go to Coffee Culture .. Harsh, varsol-like coffee for 50 cents more than Tim's.. Same withthe food. Much higher price for far less quality.. Where do people come off charging almost $7 for a bagel with creamcheese... A chewy bagel with such a small amount of cream cheese...really you just wind chewing and chewing trying to get thebagel down.. The last I was there I watched a cockroach literally trying to get into my backpack.. That's all I need is to bringhome a nightmare.. No thank you, Please!! Tim's rocks!! Read more

Just got icedcapps from here (August 06 after 2am) The cups are filled as if it is a small size made into our medium cups we... paid for. The icedcapp itself is also more like an icedcoffee because its very watery! The worker seemed unable to comprehendbasic answers to their questions and had a hard time hearing. Horrible experience!!!! I pre-ordered using my mobile app only to discover when I drove up to the window that they had nothing... in my order that I paid for. The supervisor that night did not even offer me the drinks! I asked them to refund me and she saidshe could not and that I could only do it through the app. I tried doing it through the app but it is not a simple process. Infact, I had to email head office four times before getting a response from something other than an automated bot. I called thestore three times and left my phone number and none of the managers responded. To make a long story short, I finally received aphone call from a manager who offered to give me a refund if I return to their store. When I went to the store the manager didissue my refund and offered nothing to make up for their horrible service. Not even a coffee!! The staff is always super nice. You can tell they really try their best in their situation. This location is VERY busy, at all... hours. The drive through is never empty and there's always a few people eating inside and outside at their tables too. So as Isaid the staff do their absolute best, but the store gets extremely overwhelming. The store is kept tidy. The bathrooms arelocked, you have to ask them to unlock it before you use them ("1 male & 1 female" group washrooms) The food is greatespecially the cilantro lime chicken wrap. We constantly complain about the milk dates being far too old that keep being sold to us through the drive thru and when we walk... in, and now we get handed a carton that has expired old milk curdled and dried into the fresh one we just paid for. AbsolutelyDISGUSTING. They are aware this is for a toddler to consume, yet they constantly play health and safety games with the dairy.Avoid if you can, we only get stuck out of convenience and it's honestly just a health risk at this point. Nothing is ever doneabout any complaints.. they need serious health and safety retraining, this is completely unacceptable and 100% avoidableconsidering the amount of conversations were had with the staff about their milk supply issues.
