I walked in to order a small coffee Friday night 9:30 at night , stood for way too long decided to try the drive thru , handed... them a $20 for the order ( small coffee) they said they could not make change !?!? Ok I said I will take the coffee anyway?wrong why what are you gonna do with it now ? It was poured and sitting g in front of me , well we can?t just give it away I amtold ?. Crazy what Tim?s in this country can?t make change for a $20 on a Friday night , after speaking with a young lady whowas the supervisor she told me she is doing the best she can she is short staffed , what the hell does that have to do withbreaking a $20 dollar bill ? South Simceo Tim Hortons.. When they answer their speaker they ALWAYS tell you to give them a few minutes before they actually... take your order. There's also a lady there that ask "is that it" after every item you say. Whenever she is working I know myorder will be wrong. Rushed me at the speaker,all for what? Wow! I never leave reviews but today I feel the need to share. I have been coming here for years as it is right around the... corner from me. In the drive through I had a glitch with Apple Pay on my phone and the drive through server was absolutelybrutal slamming my order around and left the window cause my phone wouldn?t work saying that I was old and shouldn?t usetechnology!!! Don't visit outside the hours of 6am-3pm Monday-Friday. Any other time you will get watery, gross tasting coffee. If you drink... with milk, you will get cream. Don't ask for baked goods cuz they don't have them. And don't complain to them about anything orthey will straight out call you a liar. And if you are a regular and you complain they will purposely make sure your order isincorrect or taste like garbage. Lost ALL respect for this location. Read more
As usual they hardly disappoint! The cilantro-lime veggie wrap was fresh, hot, and loaded with stuffing. Even if it takes some... extra time the product is top notch for most Tims locations! Kudos to you guys! Read more
They are very fast and haven?t had any issue with my order, what most Tim Hortons should be.
Go to another location. The drive thru line here is so long that it stretches out onto the road, blocking traffic. You can?t... park at this location either because the cars in the drive thru line prevent parked cars from backing out. Avoid this locationif you can. Read more
