THE. SLOWEST. Tim's in Oshawa. I've been here when the store was empty and 2 cars in the drive thru and still have to wait 5... minutes to get my order taken. Then another 7 just to get a tea and doughnuts. Don't stop here if you're in any sort of rush. Read more
This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too.. I bought a coffee an left about an hour later there about 1/3 left in... the cup and it was all coffee grans (about half inch deep) was on the bottom. When I went there to tell them they were like wecant help u with out a recite, I told them i didn't want a new one. Well I was there (mind u it's been an hour) an other ladycame up with the same problem. They never said sorry then tried to blame it on the coffee machine. I told them to do there joband clean it an they said (the manager) told me never to come back..WORST-CASE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. DIRTY NAST PLACE. BECAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING THERE. At 8.30 am 2022 Sept 14 I went on drive tru to get tim sandwiches for my kids. Lady on the speaker couldn't understand what I... want to order. Said " because of language barrier we don't want to serve you" when I pull up to the window lady there said "youneed to learn English". This is very racist caus our skin colour?. Your employees must respect there customers and be moreeducated. Worst experience I had for my 20 yrs with timmy's . Went through the drive thru and got my order quick, I didn't have an issue with the young woman serving me, but the manager... standing behind her was berating the younger staff for making a mistake, which wasn't even a mistake I just asked for large cups and happy to pay for them. I've never heard a more incompetent manager. I've been in the industry for a long time and the abuseof power was horrific, especially considering she's managing young teens who won't question her. Her name is Kerry Anne and fromthe few people I've spoken to about this they all have stories about the management at this location. Do better Kerry Anne Iwouldn't trust you with my goldfish. It is a very nice Tim Hortons although even with very little customers they seem a little slow. They are nice and I would give... five starts but it shouldn't take 20 minutes to order and get my food when there is only me and another customer inside. Read more
They ALWAYS get my order wrong. No french vanilla in a fresh vanilla one time. They always put tomatoes on my sandwich which I... have allergies to. Breakfast sandwich I ordered without egg all the time which they insist to put on everytime. Yet I keep goingback. Hmm. Read more
Not sure if all Tim Hortons is like this. I ordered an iced coffee, with light ice, and still they give me one with tons of... them. The pic below is the iced they put after an hour I finished drinking it. It is not also one of the cleanest when it comesto sanitation. Tables are barely cleaned, and full of coffee or drink marks. Not all crew is polite and nice, some of them arecranky. I was wondering if it's because of the location..hopefully not. This morning I ardered back here since it is theclosest, I had soup bread and coffee. I asked for water after finishing the soup. And this white girl on the staff asked me topay 10 cents for the cup. This is the only Tims that don?t value customer. I hope they change the staffs here. Read more
