Went here this Saturday and this location was by far one of the better locations I?ve been to! Staff was very friendly and... organized. Everyone had a job and they knew what to do. The two managers working were speaking to the employees with respect.And the location was updated and clean. One downfall is I ordered a bagel and it did take an little longer then it should butthis is to be expected on a Saturday morning. Read more

My experiences started to fade. Last two time my experience was so bad. Visited a week back. Again same waiting, orders food,... awaited for 15 mnts to order food and an another 10 minute to get served. Meanwhile someone asked why do you wait, I am like forfood. Got food after a while, no butter, pepper, salt with bread. No napkin, no knife, missed to add sugar to tea, damn theyhave to focus business ethics Visited 4 week back. The kisok was not working, we have awaited close to 20 minutes to take orderan another 10minutes to get served. Staffs were just roaming around noone has not even given an eye contact. Old reviews. Niceambience, very nice people, always good food. Never busy, and very nice for evening coffee. They close early, though. Read more

This location is hit or miss IMO if you go at a good time the service is great and the team is amazing. If you go during a busy... time while mobile ordering (which is my main way of ordering) is a nightmare. It could either be placed accidentally throughdrive thru or pick up so it takes another 20-30 mins just to get what you ordered Read more

10/10 recommend!! The staff are cheerful despite the rush hour. One guy complained about his order disrespectfully and tossed... his food on the counter ????, but the staff still responded with excellent customer service.???? ????????????????????????Propsto the supervisors giving out orders, it takes a lot to maintain composure in that scenario. Note to other customers, pleasetreat workers with respect, even if they mess up your order. There's no excuse for being rude. You're not the only customeraround. Making a scene during rush hour only makes you look stupid and immature. ANYWAY. Have a great day to this team, weappreciate your hard work!!! Edit: i HIGHLY recommend ordering through the Tim's app to skip the line! Got my order in lessthan 10 mins (had 5 items). Read more

Go to this location daily. I love the staff here! They are always so friendly, helpful and just over all lovely. I am generally... pretty upbeat in my greetings in the drive thru, but was having a rough day the other day. I noticed a ?have a good day? messageon my coffee as we were driving away and really did improve my mood immediately. The little things really do make a difference.Thank you! Read more
