I don't normally write a review but feel compelled to in this case as our treatment at this establishment was not good. We... arrived last night for a 615 reservation prior to a concert at 8. We ordered drinks and food. The food had not arrived by 740and we were told it would be another 15 mins. We had to cancel our food order at that point because we would be late for ourconcert. I spoke to the manager and she said its too bad we paid for our drink bill already or she could have done something. She said there was "miscommunication" and did apologize. My feeling was there was NO communication and our treatment was wrong. We went to the concert without dinner that night....horrible. Read more

In a word... Meh. The restaurant itself is nice, service was friendly, food was average. One thing to remember is that this is... a hotel restaurant, so the prices are ridiculously expensive. $16 for 8 small wings (with very little sauce). If you're inOshawa, there are much better places to go to watch sports; and you'll get bigger portions and better pricing. Read more
