Went here for the first time and placed a mobile order before leaving the house. I showed up on time for my food, and everything... seemed fine. Got home and checked my burger and noticed it was very dry. So I took a small bite, and it was literally thehardest piece of chicken I?ve ever bit into. Usually their food is good, quick serve and friendly staff. But was let down tonight. The manager handing out the food... practically tossed our food at us and did not seem too happy about her job. I ordered a large baconator combo x2, 2 spicychicken wraps and a kids meal. The kids meal patty looked old. All fries were basically raw and soggy, my large rootbeer tasteawful and the story clearly needed to switch the pop out. Terrible service. Was on lunch break while at work the staff there jus Walk around doing nothing. They take one order then pass... it on and walk around while having a line up of customers waiting to be served. Was waiting 15 minutes before they called thenext customer then additional 10 minutes waiting for my food. Never going to this location again. They need to properly trainstaff not to walk around and only take one order at a time and have a line up of customers waiting. During my visit there wereat least 10 staff working maybe 3-4 on drive thru the rest just walking around doing nothing. Ordered five items, I had to park and wait for the nuggets but when I got the bag they hadn?t added the wraps I had 100 percent... ordered. When I went inside, instead of being helpful, the young girls at the counter just printed off the receipt and rudelysaid I didn?t pay for any. I don?t mind mistakes happening but how about some kindness, or an apology or something. I would haveordered it again but they were so dismissive I just left hungry. Read more
My dad drove to the nearest Wendy?s to get dinner tonight for himself (which is about a 30 minute round trip). When he got home... and opened his wrap this was all that was inside. This is a waste of money and not ok. More or less he?s extremely disappointed. Read more
