I just came to A&W here in Oshkosh and the worker in the drive thru saw me and walked away so I waited and then I parked and... went to go in and the doors were locked and I didn?t read what was on the door but the worker was sitting with their backtowards me and didn?t do anything and then I went back to the drive thru and a worker was walking from taking the garbage outand I asked him twice if they were closed and he didn?t say a word. I really like A&W but I didn?t appreciate how those twoworkers handled this situation. It was 9:20pm and I looked to make sure you guys close at 10pm so I didn?t get why they wereclosed. Too young of staff messing around instead of taking care of their customers. Went through drove thru and had nobody in front of... us but waited 8 mins till someone said something. Then waited another 15 mins for our food which I know is made fresh but itdoesn't take that long. Read more
Stopped in for cone, they only cost 1.04 for any size. Mine was rootbeer flavor. Restaurant was clean people were polite and... professional. I stop in whenever I am in area, you can not beat the price. It is a no Brainerd stop in and get one. Unlessyou are lactose intolerant, then sorry. Read more
I went in the restaurant to place an order and had planned to eat there. There was a couple ahead of me who placed their order... and when the waiter was done taking their order he left the window and was doing other things with food prep. There was anothergirl working who moved as slow as a turtle and looked at me, but totally ignored me. I waited for a while and noone acknowledgedme or even said that they would be with me as soon as they could. I understand that every place of business is short staffed,but there is no excuse for no one even speaking to me. After some time, I decided to leave and went to Culver's. The lady there was trying to shill ???? because her boyfriends house burned down or something. Working as a cashier at a fast... food restaurant is not the time or place to share a sob story. I wanted a burger with my family because they are in town tocelebrate. Not guilt tripped into a charity case. Will not be going back. What a shame. ???? Read more
Great food but customer service is a No Good!! I called 5 times and the last call a yound boy picked up and had a attitude like... he didn't want to work. I went to there location and the gentleman at the front register had a disgusted face and looked like hedidn't want to take a order..I hope and sure he has a good day and his name is Adam to be exact .that's what the receipt say!! Love the chicken tenders and cheese curds. They have upbeat oldies playing on the speakers! I wish they would give you a token... in the kids meal for the free ice cream, because otherwise you have no proof that you get one. The root beer ice cream isawesome. If you go through the drive thru with a big order, be sure to double check if you got everything. They also haveoutdoor seating available as well as car service. Read more
While the young lady I spoke with was nice, the cheese curds I received were very clearly fried in old oil as they didn?t taste... that great and frankly tasted like?well, old oil. I suppose that is what I get for coming in a little over an hour before theyclose. But that doesn?t excuse the gallon of root beer I received. I didn?t think I would need to check the lid of the carton sowhen I got home, I saw that a good amount had leaked out all over my car floor. And after getting home and pouring a glass, itbarely tasted like root beer, more like watered down root beer, and there was zero carbonation. I feel like there should be ataste test of the carton before it is given to customers to avoid this. I have been given flat root beer in a normal mediumdrink as well. I do not live close so it?s not easy to just come back and fix the issues. Read more
