Burgers were well done, both hubby and I wanted pink. Husband asked for no lettuce tomato or pickle. It came with everything.... Sent it back onions were taken off as well. I did not want fries, got them anyway. Waitress told us it was the manager who wascooking. Either he or she does not know how to read or just ignores what the waitress writes down. I have gone there a couple times months apart trying to give them a chay but this place is awful. A couple years ago, they were... good. Not sure what happened but I couldn't even make myself eat half my meal this past time. The time before everything wasfried out and burned and the time before that it was inedible all together. My son who is 9 asked if we could stop going there.A kid who will basically eat anything asked to not go there anymore so that should tell you something. 12 of us total. Overall food was meh tasting, lots of cold meals. Had to pretty much beg for refills on drinks and endless... wings. Service was sooooo slow. The dinger that set us off for the night... we told waiter our reorder of wings was cold. Waitersays... well you don't pay for a reorder anyways!!! Over 2 hours later we finally got our bill. Applebee's food is lesser quality than basic fast food these days. No lie. Service was horrible. We did car-side pick up and... had to wait 5+ min. (Signs in designated parking area say to call if you have been waiting longer than 1 minute) So I called thelocation and it rang until I got an answering machine as I watched employees inside the restaurant loitering around the bar asthough they were on break. With a second call I was told my food would be brought out in an unprofessional manner. On the lessthan 5 minute drive home the food smelled good but as soon as we got home to open the containers we were hit with extremedisappointment. The Chicken Tender meal was of lesser quality than what can be had from just about any national fast food jointand that's no exaggeration. The Bourbon Street Chicken was cooked to the size of a hockey puck and was as dry and tough, theincluded shrimp went in the trash can with the chicken as they were rubbery, think gummy worm chewy. We also ordered a side ofTortilla chicken soup and that was thrown away as it simply look to be vomit not to mention it being cold, not evenlukewarm. The only good item of the night was the garlic mashed potatoes although I'm quite certain those probably came out ofa 5 gallon bucket. Our carry-out total came to $38 and after the $25 gift card that we used it was $13 which was still too muchmoney for that poor experience. Took 2 of my grandson's out to eat and it was awesome. We had nachos for appetizers and it was great. I ordered ribs and they... were great. The boys loved the Mac and cheese. The waiter was Jay and the service was great. Read more
Hostess could have had a better attitude (smiles are free you know). Had to wait a little longer than one would like to get... water in the beginning but given the current state of restaurants not being able to find enough workers it's understandable. Waitress was very attentive after that. Spinach and artichoke dip was a thin/runny not creamy. Mozzarella sticks were good.Oriental chicken wrap (huge) was good but you have to ask for the dressing and without it, the wrap was dry. My son's burgerlooked amazing. I came here about an hour before close and was not expecting the most lively staff but to my surprise, they exceeded... expectations. I got that $8.99 grilled chicken spinach bowl special. BOLD flavor and served in a timely manner. The flavor andserving size was sufficient. Jay K was our waiter; good job. One complaint: the meal did not look like the picture. Read more
Ordered the prime rib sandwich. Bun was old and dry. Meat was dry with lots of gristle. Coffee was watered down and had to... ask for a refill hoping it was better. Nope. We were the second couple there at noon. No plans to return. Read more
