Long drive thru wait times, many people leave, I came back a second time and still had to wait. Not sure why it seems to be at... all locations that Ive even at.But this piticuliar one they said they didn?t have time to make the friaries because they onlyhad two workers this was the only reason I stopped this day to try their new strawberry Frosty, I was inbetween importantmeetings. Locked doors due to storm leaving customers outside in the bad storm with an un readable sign with too many useless info to read... due to storm. Unable to use drive through due to storm. Very unhappy with the poor customer service due to storm. If the workersare there they should have accommodate regardless or close completely. There were customers inside and it was 7:30 pm. They forgot a shake for my order, I didn't realize till I got home so I returned to the store found out the lobby is closed and... had to get back in the drive through and wait in line. They remembered which drink they forgot and had me pull forward ahead ofeveryone. They must have forgot me again because the entire drive thru line past and I had to circle around again to get mydrink. They gave me the same drink they had made 7 mins ago and re-added more whip cream and chocolate sauce on top of the oldmelted stuff. It was disgustingly sweet and runny. Read more
Disappointed because the Waygu burger they advertise isn't that great. Very bland and flavorless. Plus, the jalapeño poppers... were greasy. However, I actually got enough Bronco Berry sauce for my poppers, so kudos for that. Most Arby's will only give 1or 2 if you're lucky. Read more
My favorite is the market fresh Turkey Ranch and Bacon. Still a ton of calories but it settles easier than eating a behemoth of... meat. Portions are decent but I'm sometimes disappointed with the size of new items. Occasionally I'll throw in a roast beefsandwich which they have perfected. Curly fries are the way to go. I even get them from the grocery store from time to time. Read more
