Whats up with this location? - the one downtown was great. This one, not so much. Ive tried this place 4 times and only once was... I happy with my experience. The same cranky lady (manager?) is there every time Ive been in. I think sometimes she?s the ONLYperson on staff. Service is slow and usually unpleasant, almost as though its an inconvenience to do the job. Also, whoeverbakes the bread should be fired - its always doughy and gross. Not the best and not the worst sandwich shop I've had. Deli meat is sliced in front of you, which is cool and unique. Prices and... food quantity are average, service was friendly but they only had one individual working at the time.
