Whats up with this location? - the one downtown was great. This one, not so much. Ive tried this place 4 times and only once was... I happy with my experience. The same cranky lady (manager?) is there every time Ive been in. I think sometimes she?s the ONLYperson on staff. Service is slow and usually unpleasant, almost as though its an inconvenience to do the job. Also, whoeverbakes the bread should be fired - its always doughy and gross. Always friendly and welcoming service and fresh subs! The jalapeno bread is my favorite, especially with the fresh sliced... provolone cheese. But nothing beats their pickles! My family makes the trip to Oshkosh specially for Blimpie! Read more
Not the best and not the worst sandwich shop I've had. Deli meat is sliced in front of you, which is cool and unique. Prices and... food quantity are average, service was friendly but they only had one individual working at the time. I might be back again togive it another try as I see a lot of potential, but I'd rather go somewhere such as Erbert and Gerbert's before I come hereagain. Read more
I found out that there was a Blimpie in Oshkosh after I had already been living here for a while. It is one of my favorite... chain sandwich places. A lot better than Subway, I mean lets face it everything is better than Subway. Anyway, I have gotten afew different sandwiches from here, they have lots of customization options for your sandwich. They also have hot sandwichesand usually have a specialty sandwich which I think might change monthly. My favorite is the tuna though. One of the onlyplaces in town that doesn't put that nasty celery in their tuna. The staff has always been really friendly. If you use theironline ordering, the orders have always been ready by the quoted time. Even though there are lots of sandwich places inOshkosh, I am glad Blimpie is one of them now. Read more
I was lured by the great coupon offer and impressed in the end! It was not busy and Ezra was polite and accommodating to us.... The sub was great, nice soft bread, deli meats, cheese and crisp cold veggies. Place was nice and clean, a bit sparselyfurnished, but suitable. Great overall experience! Read more
