We came when it wasn't busy, and still waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers. While waiters were just standing and talking. No... communication from the waitress until after I asked to get my food to go. No happy. No reason it takes 45 minutes to cook 2burgers and fries. My daughter got her food fast then while waiting for ours fell asleep. If that says anything about how longwe waited. Just to get it to go took another 20 minutes. Asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was in thekitchen and unavailable to talk. I understand staffing issues. But waiting so long a kid falls asleep and then just trying topay getting ignored, getting food and it's not even HOT. What was the reason for waiting if our food wasn't even fresh. Asked me if my food looked good but the fries portion was pretty bad, also never received refills, left a 2 dollar tip but... looking back I regret that since literally got the least amount of required service the wings were good Read more
We stopped here for a quick order of boneless wings for lunch. Service was good and our order was served quickly. The wings were... crispy and just the right temperature. We didn't have to wait for them to cool off before eating. The plethora of sauce optionsis always a positive. Read more
Food was great, ordered the buffalitos, chili cheese fries, that they don't include in the menu anymore, but if you ask for them... they will put it together for you. Overall experience was nice, very clean floors. Atmosphere was buzzing. Read more
My 11 year old grandson wanted BBW for his birthday. I know you are a sports bar, that features wings. I can go to 100 places... to get a beer and a wing or two. Your service was very poor. Ordered drinks, cheese curds, and fried pickles. while decidingfood. Ordered food. Time goes by, 1/2 of drinks came. Time goes by, Shareables came. Time goes by, Salad and one side came. Time goes by, Drink reorder showed up. Time goes by, Finally 45 minutes to receive the rest of drinks. No silverware, anotherwaitress got us some silverware, by throwing on the table. By then our waitress had advised of staffing shortage at bar area. The other 5 tables were drinking mostly beer. More time goes by, Then food came by manager who offered us 30% off which neverhappened. This looks to me like a cross training and work ethic expectation problem which means a management problem. Things seem to be getting worse each time I come here. Ordered Lemon Pepper wings for take out and basically got plain... traditional wings. Last time I got a Buffalo chicken wrap and it was dry and had no ranch or hot sauce. If you know how lemonpepper wings are supposed to take look a look at my photo and tell me if those look like they have any seasoning at all. The new cauliflower wings are DELICIOUS! I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I absolutely LOVED them! You can put any of... your favorite sauces on them; I did their Medium buffalo sauce with bleu cheese dipping sauce and they were phenomenal. Feelsgreat eating them too since they're so much healthier. Also love their mozzarella sticks. Service is always great and atmosphereis awesome, tables and bar stools were socially distanced and we felt very comfortable. Great experience! Read more
Went here on November 25th, 2022 around 5pm and it wasn?t busy which was great since I brought the kids. We got seated and... handed our menus. About 5 minutes later, I watched the hostess sit another family down at their table. About 3 minutes later,the server went to their table and got them their drinks. Me and my kids continued to wait. I watched the servers walk aroundand go other tables. They look at me and continued about their business. When the server started taking other people?s orders, Idecided to take the kids and leave. We sat their about 15 minutes and never got served. I complained to someone at the front butthis should be shared for everyone to see. Get better because BDubs is a fun place to go but customer service aspect of yourbusiness has gone down the drain. I took the kids to Red Robin where we had the best experience. Read more
