What a disappointment. The cinnamon rolls clearly were not baked properly. They were not fluffy and delicious. They were dense,... dull and disappointing. We told the girl working there and she said we were wrong. Lol. Also, the service was painfully slow. Read more
Clean and modern cafe with friendly staff and space for dining in.
My daughter and I stopped for hot chocolates while shopping, thinking we were getting the fancy ones pictures with whipped cream... and syrup. We got hot water and packets of Swiss Miss. No cream or syrup. They added the water too full and then poured thepacket in so everything went over the sides of the cup and what we were handed was a mess. I tried to contact customer service,who first said they wanted to make it right and offer us drinks. But then they said I probably thought I was ordering the coldbeverages and that I was mistaken. I responded to the question they had but never heard back from them and never received thedrinks they said said they wanted to offer us. Next time I'll go somewhere else. Read more
First time going to Cinnabon and I must say, the food and workers were amazing. I must say one of the workers with the dark... curly hair, I think the name was Nathan was really kind. Loved it! We relocated to Oshkosh from Milwaukee 8 years ago. The last time we had a pretzel or cinnabon was prior to our move.... I was estatic to find one at our outlet mall. Got yummy pretzels from a very nice young lady. Definitely will be going back inthe future. Read more
Good snack or dessert. Got a 6 pack and was in and out within 10mins fast and effective.
