This Eatons is one of my favorites, owners are kind and family oriented.. Definitely a reflection of their establishment. Pizza... is fresh and toppings are as well. Was in yesterday sharing some negative comments about another store the employees were amazing order was accurate and the... selection was off the charts. I've had my share of cauliflower crust pizzas, probably at least 20 restaurants worth of different cauliflower crust pizza, and... nothing compares to this restaurants. I got a 14" Cajun pizza w/ Cauliflower crust. Cooked it at 375° in a conventional ovenfor 18 minutes and checked it. Gave it a little bit more time and it was perfect.
