As expected when you go to fazoli's, there's usually a bit of a wait but everything is definitely worth it, even if you don't... want to eat in the building. Their bread sticks are perfect in every way. Do not be afraid to binge on those things. Wishtheir dishes came with minced onion though. And less tomato chunks. Had never eaten at Fazoli?s before: don?t like red sauce, pasta, or bread. But one of my daughters really wanted the baked... chicken Parmesan and I have a thing for fettuccine Alfredo (a bit more like butter noodles here than Alfredo, buttasty)...ordered a side of the broc meaning to have it with the Alfredo, but it ended up on the chicken Parmesan. My daughtersaid it was delicious that way. Ordered extra bread sticks which were really good. Both dishes were too light on the sauce, butbetter that than too heavy! Conclusion: surprisingly good! Service was fast and their lunch specials are a good deal. I love their breadsticks - much better than Olive gardens, and... consistent. I appreciated the employee who literally ran out the door to tell me I left my drink on the top of my car as I wasdriving away. Read more
First time I'd been to a Fazoli's in probably 15 years. I hoped it would be as good as I remembered. It wasn't. It was better.... On top of that, Sean, the General manager was running the register and serving the food and absolutely nailed it. Amazingservice. The one complaint I have about this place is that it is 625 miles from my house. Makes for a long commute to come backvery often. Keep it up y'all! Read more

I've never been so amazed with Fazolis than I was with this visit. The staff was attentive, management quick to help in anyway... possible. Even if you just needed a refill. They weren't very busy but you can tell it's like this all the time because theexcellent customer service just seem to come naturally. I'll be back. Read more
Pasta is easy enough to make at home. We've only eaten here once. The chicken alfredo was alright but not memorable, the only... thing that's a little more involved when cooking at home if you don't buy a jar so I figured I'd give it a try. Strange sewagesmell outside. Read more
