We visited on a Wednesday around 4pm. It was not busy. We had fast and friendly service and everyone enjoyed their meal. We had... breakfast near dinner time and IHOP is always a sure thing for pancakes ????. Plenty of parking and we spent about $15pp withdrinks. One plus, they were not skimpy with the meat in the omelets like a some locations. We will go again when in Oshkosh. Read more
We tried calling. The phone rang 12 times before being sent to a voicemail box that wasn't set up. We went over there. There... were only two customers there. We had to flag an employee to find out where to sit. 5 minutes before we got our menus. Thedining room was filthy!. My husband asked for change for a twenty for a tip. She was doing transactions from her apron pocket.She said all she had was 2 5's. The food was good. Absolutely no professionalism. IHOP is better than this. We sat down at 11:30 am and placed an order for two breakfast entrees. During our visit, we were partially served by 3 different... servers. I overheard the manager in a striped shirt speaking loudly and inappropriately to staff behind the partition. We onlyreceived half of the order after 45 minutes without silverware and the other half was forgotten about. Came here on Memorial Day/ My Anniversary Server was Nice. Omelette was good ???????? but, toast was hard as a brick ???? no... butter ???? was on the toast at all. This place has gone done so much, floors where nasty and dirty. They just kept walking pastfood on the floors. Not going back again at all?? Read more

I'm actually sitting there right now. We walked in 3 adults and an infant. A young boy with a red shirt walked passed us 2... times without saying anything to us. A few minutes later a gentleman walked in and the same young boy approached himimmediately and asked him if he was here to pick up an order he said he wanted a table. A server came out and sat us then theguy right away. Then our server took forever to come take our order. The Mexican lady was extremely nice and had a smile on herface the whole time. They were out of Belgian waffles she said but aren't pancakes and waffles made out of the same thing? Afterour order was taken and the food arrived, the plates were dropped on the table and we were asked if we needed anything else. Wesaid no. She came back and put the check on the table and walked away without saying anything else to us. Have no idea what hername is or what her problem is, but maybe she should look for a different profession. I am pretty sure I will never come backhere again. Read more
