I ordered 2 big macs, 2 cheeseburgers, and a large fry for $12.17. I drove 7 minutes there to pick up the order and 7 minutes... back home. The food was cold, the cheeseburgers were smashed, and the fries were not fresh. Mark refused to replace my order orgive me a refund. In fact, he started arguing with me and hung up on me. This is the second or third time in a row now that we have ordered from this location and received inedible food. Fries are... consistently stale ? and not just like starting to get cold from the delivery, but borderline rock hard and absolutelydisgusting to eat. We particularly notice this problem happening when we order at night, so maybe try to work with your nightcrew some more. We?ve also been met with absolutely rude employees in the drive through (once again at night), to the pointwhere we have just gotten out of line and went to Culver?s instead because even though their wait is forever, at least theiremployees are nice and the food is actually edible. Always go thru the drive thru. Meal was hot fries are exceptional. You don't need ketchup with these.
Shout out to the manager on duty tonight , really went above and beyond. My husband and I had a miscommunication and I thought... he had gone to the koeller street location for and for our daughter's happy meal which happened to be missing the acheeseburger. I wasnt mad by any means and the koeller st location in less than 4 min from my house, no biggy, everyone makesmistakes. Turns out as I'm driving there my husband calls and tells me that it was actually the location on 21 but I had alreadycalled and talked to the manager on Koeller st so I came in and asked for the manager i spoke to and I told him the situationbecause I didn't want his team being blamed for what happened and he was still willing to replace the cheeseburger that wasmissing in the happy meal And offered to give fresh French fries on top of that all which I respectfully declined because I wasjust grateful that he was willing to save me a trip across town to correct our order. Fries completely cold again, and only 7 nuggets in my 10 piece? How? This place is constantly getting worse. The food hasn't... been fresh the several times I've been there this month. I waited tonight for over 15 min and not a single thing was done eithergood or correctly. Just save your money or go to a different location. Read more

This McDonald?s never has it together. Our order is messed up 9/10 Times. It is close to where we live so we keep coming back... like a moth to the flame. Expectations are already low but the continue to miss the bar. Won?t be coming back. Thank for helpingin my weight loss journey Read more
Just grabbed breakfast, some pancakes and a hashbrown. Neither was remotely warm at all. Also pretty nice to not get utensils or... condiments for the breakfast. I really enjoyed it???? Read more
