This place sucks! We did drive thru. The car in front of us took forever to order. Then she decided to just drive off!! We... found out why! When I started to place our order, the ornery female taking the order kept interrupting me with rude questionsthat made no sense. It took way too long. The price was $17.30 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, a quarter pounder, coffee andshake.....what? Went to pick it up and they give me someone else's order. Probably for the woman who drove off. Took themmore time to figure that out. Our food was cold, except the coffee. We should have driven off too. There was a Cousin's acrossthe street. Do NOT go here! Read more
I was on a business trip and needed a quick bite to eat. The drive thru was fast and my hot.
I had a mobile order that I picked up through the drive thru on 10/18/22 at around 4:30PM. The food was good, fresh, and hot.... The reason I?m writing this review is because of the customer service I received. The boy working at the second window (the onewhere they give you your food) was so sweet. He greeted me with a big smile and lots of personality. It was so refreshing, andit made my entire day. Not only was he super kind, but he also went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. I wish Ihad caught his name so that he could get the recognition he deserves! I really hope he reads this one day because I?d love forhim to know how much his kindness impacted me in the short interaction we had! Read more
We are regulars at this Mcdonalds and have never had issues until Wednesday September 21st 6:15pm. We came inside the store to... order take out, I noticed it was not the usual staff working. Customer service was terrible. We were ignored and waited muchlonger than usual to have our order taken. I had ordered a plain cheeseburger, but they did not put that detail in the order, inoticed right away on the reciept and reminded them I'd like a plain cheeseburger. They said they would make sure it was plain.When our order came out, the burger was NOT plain and it looked like someone had taken a bite out of the patty. When we got homewith our food, we noticed the fries were very stale. We are regulars here, every other time we have gone, service was good. After waiting almost 32 minutes for my order I was extremely disappointed ???? my fries were cold and didn't even have salt.... Atleast the kid at the pay window was funny and entertaining while I was stuck in line. Read more
This is the Mickey D's closest to my house, so we generally use it for convenience. That being said, we moved to this area about... 5years ago and their bacon egg and cheese biscuit is the 2nd best I have ever had. The first best was on a road trip and I don'teven remember where it was, but when I bit in to it I told my husband how awesome it was and he said "you're just hungry".Hechanged his tune after he tasted it! I cannot believe how poor this McDonalds has gotten. My wife and I got an egg McMuffin and two sausage burritos. The egg... McMuffin was cooked flat unlike the traditional round way and had shells in it, The burrritos looked like they were stepped on. The worse part.. I was the only car in the drive through. The people seem to be very disorganized. The layout was real screwy. And it goes to show McDonald's just like everybody wants us... to do their jobs then I wanted to take an order from us in person they want you to do it on the app or through the kiosks. Iwould unfortunately say this was not one of the nicer McDonald's I've been in. Read more
