When I go I normally order a drink and get the Passion Papaya Green Tea. Unfortunately it was being refilled which I didn?t have... an issue waiting at all, no worries on that. Although when the employee refilled it i literally saw him stick his hand into thetea dispenser which was filled with the fresh batched and tried fixing the tea dispenser from leaking. I was in shock, I thoughtmaybe he would get rid of the contaminated new batch but he just refilled it with the batch he touched and left it be. I wasdisgusted, if Panera is okay with their employees touching our drinks with their hands, I cannot return here again. Read more
They were short staffed, so the wait was a little longer then I would have liked it, but not their fault. The 1 guy I spoke with... was very nice and even apologized for the wait, but as always the food was fantastic. Read more

Was unfortunate that my order got finished ahead of others that were waiting since I had arrived. Apart from that was... disheartening to hear the line cooks talking about how much they regretted staying late and stuff along those lines. Otherwisemy food was tasty, store was clean. I know it's hard to find people wanting to work, but it was obvious the she/her behind the register didn't want to be there. For... the size, the fruit cup my wife order is more like a very small side. My salad was good, but they don't carry the dark balsamicglaze dressing anymore, bummer. White balsamic glaze is good, but a little sweeter than I like. I think I'll skip Panara forawhile. Read more
I never fill out reviews but I am so sick of this restaurant. I can count on one hand the amount of times my order has been... correct. No one ever makes sure To Go?s are running smoothly and you can tell! Always out of things, and when you pick up yourfood they don't tell you or include a refund! I can walk in and out without anyone EVER checking on me or greeting me. I amalways so disappointed and I wished their food sucked as much as everything else.
