Parker John's is a high quality BBQ restaurant in Wisconsin with a few locations. The food is good,decent service, and a clean... restaurant. I've ordered Takeout and Dine In and have been happy every time. Their chicken, and brisket is awesome. Good sidestoo. They have 5 types of sauce placed on the table. The Oshkosh location has good parking at the end of a small strip mall bythe university. The location is clean including the bathrooms. Although the bathroom is just off of the kitchen. Read more

We went early on a Friday night to beat the crowd. Had the cheese curds with ranch for an appetizer, they were different,... breaded with garlic & parsley, very good. They tasted very fresh, always like to try a homemade version vs frozen. The ranch wasgood too, I believe homemade also. Loved the Sconnie Stuffer, with The Memphis Mop sauce. (Try a bit of each of their sauces,already at the table to find your favorite). The Hubby had the Loaded Stuffer with Burnt Ends, he also liked the Memphis Mop themost. These potatoes were massive! We both only had half and took the rest to go. Really really good, very friendly waitress,attentive and checked with us often. Clean & inviting. Good experience. Friendly staff members. Food was good and done to our needs. Didn't leave hungry. Loved the cookie dessert!!!... Been itching to try the place. I got the burnt ends and the pork sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese . The burnt ends were... mostly chunks of fat. Very few actual meat ends. They were super dry and I couldn?t even finish them. Ended up giving it to mydog. The pulled pork isn?t pulled at all. It?s too big hunks of meat that didn?t get pulled. The best part sadly was the Mac andcheese which was a frozen kind from Sysco same stuff 314 pizza used. Super underwhelming and now I?m hungry and $25 dollars out.Don?t waste your time or money. The service was quick and very good the appetizer came out right away they refilled our drinks the salad was huge and amazing.... The third picture is the leftovers for my salad. That was lunch for 2 days highly recommend can't wait to get back there. Read more

Parker John's is a similar to a larger rib chain in style, but they offer pizza too. The ribs are smoked after being dry... rubbed, so they are served naked with sauces available at the table. I ended up mixing my two favorite with success. Idefinitely enjoyed my full rack served with two sides and cornbread. The cole slaw was excellent, and tasty tater tots were awelcome addition. The staff is helpful and the food arrived quickly. The place was very busy around 5:30, and the dining areais quite open. Everything went smoothly, however, and we were seated immediately. Parker John?s is quickly becoming a trusted name in Wisconsin Casual dining BBQ. I stopped in for lunch, while on a trip down... Memory lane in Oshkosh. I?m happy to see Parker John?s in this location. Bartender Cara was super friendly and attentive. Can?tcomplain about the $2 Domestic bottles on Thursday either. I had the Brisket Philly with fresh cut fries. Those are my favoritefries, and they didn?t disappoint. Could have used a slightly larger portion of Brisket, but flavor paired with their signaturesauces, pickle slices and red onions were great! Hope to be back again soon. What a nice experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and homey. We didn't have any wait, but the restaurant was... definitely busy. Good timing? Either way the staff was very kind and helpful. Our waitress was spot on with the amount ofcheck-ins during our meal. On to the food. One word: amazing. We had 3 in our party and sampled all dishes. Between the burntends, pulled pork, and BAB sandwich (chicken) we all agreed that the food was very well prepared, presented, and very delicious.The selection and variety of sauces meant plenty of options for everyone's different tastes. The food was equally well pricedto compliment the taste. We didn't break the bank for our party of 3. Our bill was around $45. No bar drinks, but that's not ourthing. Definitely will return! Read more
