When we came up to the counter the hostess was very unfriendly. After we paid I asked if we could make a request. Then I asked... if we could request another type of pizza and she sighed and rolled her eyes. I have never seen such terrible customer serviceat a Pizza Ranch before! It wasn't busy (especially on a Tuesday) until a large group showed up. The food was good and ourserver was great! But I was very turned off by the front hostess. My son was going to order a pizza too, but he didn't becauseof how rude the hostess was. Read more
Only 3 stars today because of one simple thing: language barriers. Normally, I'm completely unbothered by?and even happy... for?non-English speaking people being hired by companies. It's great to see them able to provide for their families. Theproblem I have is that I couldn't find any English speaking employee to help me, aside from the person at the front desk who wasbusy. Aside from that, I appreciate the hard work and effort these employees put into this restaurant. The food was great andit was still warm, and employees managed to keep up with their tasks despite having a huge amount of customers. Read more
It's pretty okay, I can't eat fried chicken so salad, soup, potatoes, stuffing, corn, bread sticks and pizza are about all the... other options. Filling for sure! The server/busser we had was so sweet tho! Read more
Pizza was ok but edible. For the price and all you can eat we thought the quality matched. They have some other options too... such as mashed potatoes, salad bar and chicken. The service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Read more
Busy as usual. Good food and good friends. I like the fried chicken better than the pizza but it all works to fill me up. Ended... up in the back room due to the size of the group and it was a little warm in there. Desert was slim but the place was packed andthere seemed to be a moratorium on cherry desert pizza. The group had blueberry and peach but cherry was nonexistent on thistrip. We will be back but this specific trip was not the best we have had there. Read more
Food was fresh. Staff was good at refilling food that was running low in a quick manner. For the dining room staff being all... pretty young, they were friendly and quick about clearing plates and tables. I feel it is a little pricey. $27 and change for 2of us for the lunch buffet...I felt like I couldn't eat enough before getting full to get $14 worth of food. But thats my ownfault I suppose. Everything is awesome! I love the pizza but the fried chicken is great too. All you can eat and drink, soda and coffee, ice... cream, dessert pizza all included in one price. We just love it. Tuesdays kids 12 and under eat free. Its a great deal. Youcan also order the pizza you like best when you pay so you know you will get what you want - included. Super nice staff, cleanand delish. Our kids love this place and I do enjoy the variety. Make sure to ask for a particular pizza when enter and pay. Comfort food... abound with plenty of salad options countered with fried chicken and the like. Make sure to leave room for the cactus breadwhich is a sweet desert and warm cookie topped with ice cream! Oh yeah its all you can eat so make sure to fast before andafter. Read more
