The pictures are of a veggie Spinach Feta 20" pizza and a box of some garlic knots with garlic butter. So salty, cheesey, and... greasy with goodness. Sauce is sparse, but I don't mind. I grew up with Politos, always eating it when I was little, and my brother and sister worked there and talked about it, so... there's a little bit of nostalgia whenever i go there. The pizza slices are very big, and are really cheap despite how deliciousthey are. You can get 2 slices of pizza and a t-shirt for $10 which is a pretty good deal. They have arcade games and clawmachines for a little entertainment while you wait for your pizza to be made. One complaint that i have (and I'm reallynitpicking here) is that the atmosphere is just a little bit empty and boring, but other than that just about every aspect isgood. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and would rate it a 9/10. Read more
We went for a weekend with the grandsons for a weekend getaway to Wisconsin Rapids. We decided to order a pizza on our first... night there. We could have ordered from any of the standards like Rockys, Papa Murphys and many others, but decided to try alocal place and something unfamiliar to us. We ordered from Politos and were thrilled! The pizza was fantastic! It was a hitwith all of us. Cheesy, great sausage and pepperoni and great flavor. Also, it was the biggest pizza I?ve ever seen, 20?. Justdelicious, I highly recommend. Everybody only wants to come here when they?re drunk, however it is good midday as well. Just like a solid pizza by the slice... option. Also the cannoli is my favorite I?ve ever had. Read more
