You can?t eat what you want. Apparently your order will only come identical to the way it appears on the menu. If you the... customer should desire any changes or alterations that is no longer possible. In other words you can?t get what you want.Bye???? Read more

I found the bread to be very awesome! I was surprised to see them so well staffed given the current job market. They provided... great service! The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is I did not care for my sub, neither did my husband. Weordered very different subs. We thought the shake was awesome! We will never go to any Potbelly again, because we don't care forthe taste. Everyone has different tastes, for sure. This is a great to stop for a very quick bite, and great service. Read more
Right when you walked in, you were welcomed by the workers! Everyone working there communicated and worked well with each other... and we're very nice to those who've never been there before. The food itself was really good! All the ingredients seemed to behigh quality and everything was fairly priced. Be warned though, the hot peppers are actually hot. ???? Read more

First time here and it was a good experience. Food choices were good and a fun place to be!
We stopped here because it was convenient to where we were shopping. We had vague memories of trying Potbelly in other places in... the past. It was great! We both loved our sandwiches. We'll need to remember this now. Read more
