My boyfriend and I came here on August 15. Waited 10-15 minutes to get our drink order in. We didn?t meet our waiter at all, we... ended up being served by multiple different people. Not one of them introduced themselves. We got our food and it seemedsloppy/messy. Almost like it was rushed even though the food took a long time for how many people were actually inside. It alsodid not taste the same compared to previous times we?ve come here.The fried pickles were not cooked all the way, a few of themhad soggy breading. My boyfriend?s burger was underdone as well. One of the waitresses gave us tartar sauce instead of campfiresauce (not sure how those two could be mixed up). The dining area was also freezing. The only good thing about this visit wasthat one of our servers was genuine and nice (not sure what his name was). There is inconsistency with the food and service.Especially since most of the recent reviews are all very good. Every other time we?ve come here it was above and beyond food andservice. Read more

Aside from the dollar difference in the two menu prices I had seen, the only complaint I have is that I ordered my burger... without tomatoes, but they were still on there. Burger was still great. Kids both ate their tenders and their pizza. I think thebetter experience is dining in. Read more

I love red robin, but this experience was very subpar... my fish and chips was perfection and the royal burger was delicious..... However. The rest of the meal was atrocious (you can see i paid almost $2.00 for an upgrade of 5 tiny onion rings). Those loadedbaked potato fries were a joke. Literally barely any toppings which i was told by a manager that corporate has specificationson how LITTLE of anything to put on it based on corporate.. good to know that $9 for these fries are determined by a suit thatmakes millions a year.. which is almost double minimum wage here.. will basically get you some fries with hardly anything onit.. it is absolutely shameful and I will everyone I know you are scam artists just waiting for your profit... Stopped here just after open on a weekday. I was surprised to see them so well staffed given the job market. The service was... very good. And for the first time, I had hot food at a Red Robin. Their food is normally warm, to under cooked. Perhaps it wasbecause they just opened for the day, but I found the food to be excellent! Read more

Always delicious, and always very accomodating of my allergies.

Great place to get burgers, fries, and salads. Don't forget the appetizers. Highly recommend the towering onion rings and fried... pickles! We had an amazing experience. If you want great service with a smile Seth is your man! He will make sure your drinksare full and your food meets your expectations. The manager walks around to make sure customers expectations are met when itcomes to their dining experience.
