I have had consistently excellent experiences at this Starbucks location when around on the way through. This most recent time... Jada and Lexy were very patient and kind in answering many availability questions, as well as offering alternatives when thingsweren't available. This mirrors other experiences in the past. The atmosphere is gone. I frequently got my coffee here before COVID. First time back after the renovations. The place looks... like a giant bathroom now. White tiles all over the place. The counter is uninviting because there are all the online ordersscattered around. Just looks messy. This place had some atmosphere before, I liked to sit there while enjoying my coffee. Notanymore. I just wanted to get my order and get out of there. The display where they sell coffee and cups and other stuff lookslike an afterthought. Well, I guess they don?t want people sitting there anymore. Very friendly, kind, and compassionate staff! They let me come in a do homework and such while I had a service dog in training... with me. While the service dog was eating they brought out a bowl of water for him. So sweet that they went out of their way toensure we were both comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely continue to study and do homework dates here. P.S.the drinks were great too :) Read more

Ordered a caramel cloud macchiato that tasted off and kind of grainy and saw all of the coffee inside my cup... yuck. Ordered a... caramel frapp for my partner and it was ice, no flavor. Never post reviews especially because I love Starbucks but this was asad experience. People were kind but drinks were not as good as normal. Read more
Accidentally mobile-ordered drink at another location. When I arrived here, I told my children that if the Oshkosh Starbucks... could rectify the situation kindly, I would rate them five stars and review them favorably on Google. Only my kids knew this,not the Starbucks. I hate that the Starbucks app only tells you the cross-streets and not even the name of the town you areordering in. If I am traveling, why would I know the cross-streets? I'm not sure I know the cross-streets in my own town muchless other places that I'm whizzing through! But I digress, I knew that it wasn't the fault of the workers at Oshkosh andthought I'd just go in and explain what had occurred with the errant mobile-ordering. The gal at the front called over hermanager who rightly rectified the situation without hesitation and then told me that I had a.) ordered from the AppletonStarbucks and b.) that there was a map feature that I could click on in the app which would more precisely locate the StarbucksI am ordering from. This was very kind of him and for this, I am grateful. Is it perfect? No. Should the Starbucks App peopleadd the name of the town you are ordering from on the main screen? Yes. I'm a very loyal customer. Love cold brew and caramel macchiato. The service is usually very good. My only 2 complaints is when... they give me iced coffee instead of cold brew (the taste difference is very evident) and when they give me fat-free cream cheeseinstead of regular cream cheese. Fat-free cream cheese tastes horrible. I am a fan of the new cold foam cold brew. Very tasty! Read more
