We ordered on line, picked up our order and one of our footlongs was only a 6inch but charged for a footlong, called to tell... them as we did not check our order before leaving , was told a Manger would have to call me back, well 2 days later no call. It?s one of the worst subway I?ll been too, they always prepare food poorly. It?s seem like they don?t ever care.
Yummy subs, customer service seems to be improving lately. It can get a little pricey if you don?t have coupons though!
The location is nice and secluded, the trees in the back of the parking lot give it plenty of shade, if you want to eat... outside. The interior is beautiful and the built-in fire place is a centerpiece of perfection, along with the attached wallcounters looking out of the windows. If you're looking for a Subway that's architecturally pleasing, this is the one foryou. Plus it's nice and quiet so you can actually have an intelligent conversation with someone. Ordered two toasted subs. They weren?t toasted, the meat wasn?t even warmed up. Half of the toppings I requested were not even... on the sub and what was on the sub it was very little and just thrown together. I was the only one in the drive they and therewasn?t anyone else in the parking lot. Read more
Used to be amazing but due to short staffing and employee turnover rate, the quality of workmanship has gone downhill fast. Not... worth trying to wait for the old ethical values to return since ownership/management changed a few years ago and put too muchstress on everyone during a pandemic. Read more
