Stopped in yesterday with my daughter. She had maybe 10 bites of her sandwich and started throwing up. Thought it was caused by... something she ate earlier in the day until now at 8:00pm where she is violently sick as well as myself. Honestly reallydisappointed right now. My hubby n i stopped in on 10/6/17 @ approximately 2:40 pm when we entered we had witnessed an older woman (approximately 80yrs... old) standing at counter to purchase a soda cup there was two women working n the one at the register was waiting for somethingbut had observed the older woman n instead of taking the 2 seconds to ring her up she chose to make her wait litterly 5 mins. Iturned to my hubby n said something n he even agreed that it was ridiculous n I said very poor customer service I did not sayanything right away cuz I was steaming mad n I made my hubby pay. I walked up to the older woman n apologized for how long ittook her to pay for her soda n told her that it was ridiculous n I said very poor customer service. The cashier could have lether take her cup n sit down n when she was finished with few customers then go collect for it or take 2 seconds to ring her up.When in customer service remember hospitality n to make a difference in someones experience in your restaurant is a plus. Asked for double ham and double cheese. I darn well know double ham was not put on sandwich and shorted on cheese. Cheese was... burnt. Never had that happen before. My kid won't be happy when I get this home. Read more
