You guys have a lady who works at your location in Oshkosh, she has green colored short hair and a nose ring. She is the rudest... person I've ever came across in the customer service field. She constantly sticks her fingers in her nose and touches theregister, takes money out of the drawer and gives you change with those same dirty hands. She will go the back grab your orderand bring it back to you with the same hands and fingers which were in her nostrils a few seconds prior. When you ask her aquestion, the way she laughs is very intriguing. She is so rude that even though you guys make good pizza I decided to stopbuying from you and I've been buying from you guys for about a year now. Her behavior is unacceptable, I know there is a laborshortage but you shouldn't allow individuals like that to represent your brand. I'm too polite to take my phone out and recordher behavior but I still wanted to bring this rude and awkward behavior to your attention. Read more
Ordered a Wisconsin Cheesemaker with pepperoni, green onions & extra mushrooms. Pizza had no onions and no mushrooms. Ordered... curbside pickup and was texted to be there between 705 and 715. Arrived at 710 and texted here. Received text that it will beout to me asap. Waited until 735 and then finally went in and got my food. If you don't have curbside pickup then take it offyour website. After the birth of my son, he was immediately put in the Intensive Care Unit. I ordered toppers late at night for my fiancee who... just gave birth and was starving. I gave the address and where to please meet me. They proceeded to say they were here butcouldn't come to that door, then finally said they WOULD come to my door. 10 minutes pass, he still did not shown up. I call himhe doesn't answer, so I call the store. They say he's been trying to find me and that I must be mistaken about what door I amat. I proceed to tell them where I'm at and they call the driver to tell him to come to my door. 10 more minutes pass, he callsme upset saying he's been waiting at the door and I don't know what I am doing. I tell him what I see and what the doors'writing even says. He says he thinks he knows where that is and hangs up. 10 more minutes pass and he calls saying he's at theOakwood entrance. I then realize, he's at the completely wrong hospital on a completely different street. He tells me "oh, thesehospitals have the same address (no, they don't) that's why, you need to be more specific". He finally shows up 15 minutes laterand doesn't say a word to me and throws the pizza at me. So I waited, walked around the hospital going door to door for about anhour all because they couldn't read an address and my fiancee goes starving whil my son is in the ICU. I am the manager at Planet Fitness in Oshkosh and we had ordered pizza from Toppers for our monthly pizza night for our members.... This is how we received all of our pizza. Every single box looked like this. They were also late on the time I had specificallyasked to be there by. I had called hours in advance to make the order and they were still late.
