The dining room was so dirty, no tables were clean, floors were sticky, fries all over the floor, no one at the register when... we came in & had to wait, out of ketchup in pumps, food was not very warm, no lettuce on any of our 3 sandwiches. A worker camein for his shift, yelling at other employees about random stuff and swearing, and my mom got scared and went to the car tofinish eating. Another woman came in and complained about the dirty bathroom. We will never return to this Wendy's. Clean upyour act & restaurant!! Read more

Absolutely the worst experiences with fast food of my life. Currently been waiting over 30 minutes for a combo and a 4 for 4,... got a coupon in the app that didn't even apply when I checked out, last time I was here I didn't even get any of my food and hadto argue with management on 3 separate occasions to get my refund. Currently watching another couple get their food after a 30minute wait and had to go back in (as the lobby is closed) because their food was wrong. Never wished a food place would gounder as bad as this place. Read more

Their food is good. Their lunch service is as quick as can be expected but due to, I assume, are staffing issues, their... breakfast service is not great. One time it was really slow and then not even correct after even an attempt to make it right. SoI just took what I got instead of wasting more time. Read more

They refused to give a receipt. Didn't have cookies because "they take too long". Made a comment about our family order being... $50. Then when we got our food we were missing a drink, a large fry, three sandwiches. Never again Read more

I can understand being short staffed but this trip can be my last. I did not receive all my food after the long wait time and... having to make a second trip through the drive through because they did not have any more Frosties and I couldn't receive arefund at the window for some reason. The sandwich I did receive looked crushed and had very little sauce which is a mainingredient in the sandwich. I did receive an extra side of rude attitude for no extra cost. Waste of my money and probably awaste of yours too. Read more

The ability to great a customer here is virtually none existent. Go through drive thru and instead of being greeted withing a... couple minutes I ask if there open and a lady says I have no idea which made me not want to order from here at all. It allstarts with how you greet your guest and this place has no idea how too. Read more

This location needs to figure out how to address their customers appropriately and learn customer service. If a customer is... willing wait, knowing a lot of places are short staff, do not be rude question them about waiting, let alone tell them not towait in the drive through line because of the drive through times. It is evident they are short staff and if a customer iswilling to wait they should be grateful for the understanding not rude. Read more
