I ordered for dinner for my girlfriend and I. My girlfriend ordered the house mac add buffalo sauce for delivery. The first time... it got here it was the completely wrong order. I called and the manager answered, she was very short with me actinginconvenienced I called but they said theyd send out a new one. 45 minutes later the new order got here with a $5 coupon. Againit was completely wrong. The order had chicken again even though we just ordered a house mac (my girlfriend is also vegetarianso she couldnt eat it). We called again, just wanting our food remade correct. This time a different employee answered (she saidher parents are the owners) and was extremely apologetic. She said they had a large carryout order which got hecetic and thatshe personally made the order wrong. Not a huge deal, we just wanted our food make right so we could eat dinner. She even saidthat she would refund the order for all the inconvenience which was very nice. This time the food arrived there was no chickenbut it was just all buffalo sauce, im not over exaggerating when I say it was inedible (and again not what we ordered.) With theorder they did send a $20 coupon. At this point since the food was refunded we decided to just go somewhere else. Well today Inoticed the charge went through on my card, no big deal I'll just call. I called and was spoke to the owner again who was beyondrude. They said "Are you the guy that always gets their food refunded?" I was shocked. I recently had a order made incorrectlyand called simply just to have it remade, not even a refund. My girlfriend has ordered the same exact thing for years since theyopened, and up until the past two times it was made wrong. Im never one to ask for a refund, if something is wrong I always justask to have it remade. After a 2 hour ordeal of not getting what ordered 3 times though I do believe a refund was fair. Best vegan pizza I?ve had in a while! The soft and crunchy crust is absolutely to die for! The place is superhero theme and has... a bunch of arcade games! The staff were so sweet explaining their vegan options and making sure we got the right things since wecame with non vegan friends too. Read more

I saw on Facebook that ZaRonis had a superhero theme. You're greeted by a tall Superman statue when you walk in the door. There... are toys and signs throughout the restaurant. There's even a Death Star disco ball. Everyone Is treated to complimentary pizzadough bites. I ordered the Meatazaurus Rex and had plenty to take home. Best pizza in Oshkosh, hands down!! The owners are the absolute best at customer service and the food is amazing!! Plus, the... dining atmosphere is incredibly beautiful and unique!! DC and Marvel characters themed, with awesome art and figureseverywhere!! Very cool!! Super friendly service when I called my order in. I got a small half ultimate cheeseburger and half chicken bacon ranch, well... done, on thin crust. It was perfect! Found this place thru Google. Heard they had the best pizza... being a pizza lover we tried it. I wouldn't say it's the best..... but it was pretty good. Family friendly restaurant with cool decor and bar for grownups to chill. Game day tvs everywhere.Good prices. Friendly service. Casual hangout. Read more
