This location is the old Dairy Queen and so I was a little leery of a fast-food-restaurant-turned-sit-down restaurant but I was... pleasantly surprised by the excellent remodeling / decorating job; it is top notch! My next surprise was that the Crab Rangoonwas the best that I've ever had... seriously??? In little 'ole Oskaloosa? What a gem this find was. The service wasoutstanding as well and the staff was very friendly (which is rare these days)! We moved back here to Iowa almost two years agoand cannot believe that it took us this long to get here, but we will definitely be back. Regularly! Read more

These crab rangoons made me want to throw up. Tastes like nothing but white American cheese.
Excellent small-town Chinese place.
I ordered 76.00 worth of food for a family get together. The food was “fair”, and that’s being kind. And we were all... hungry when it was gone. I was very disappointed. I’m not even sure we got all that we ordered. The noodles were hardand the meat was scarce. I wanted to call and ask them to fix but the family time was really what it was about. I was very impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the restaurant and was very excited about the food. I ordered the... special of the day Mongolian trio that came with an eggroll and soup and my husband had the general tso chicken... the food cameout hot and fresh however, .. the eggroll had no flavor and my dish was very bland. I also asked for extra spicy.. heat level 5and it was at a 1... barely. My husband enjoyed his meal but, i thought it was a tad too sweet. Overall it's not the bestfood but, very clean. Read more
