It says on the box that they put the biscuits in FRESH! They were rock hard had to throw them away. Chicken was small and dried... out. Obviously everything was leftovers and not made fresh. You should be ashamed to serve customers this way. I don?t care toever go back! If I wanted leftovers I could have eaten at home. Read more
We just bought an 8 piece meal and it was terrible, only 1 container of mashed potatoes half full! The biscuits are rock hard... and there were 8 pieces of chicken but they were small and not fresh You lost us our family and friends as customers andOskaloosa isn?t that big! You should be ashamed! Not only did we have to wait in line to order our food for more than 10 minutes, but we also had a few missing things that we... had ordered. We ordered a to go box meal and it came without a box so they gave us a plastic bag to put it in. NO LIDS on thesides that we also had to wait for it because they were missing. Also the employees especially a young girl was being extremelyloud and very inappropriate and she put down our meal in the back and was on the phone. Then we went back up to order a singlecoleslaw and they forgot about it so we had to go back up again to remind them and then finally they made a girl bring it to ourtable. They had somebody new in drive-thru, which may have colored this review. The food was pretty good, but they were having... logistics issues. I'm sure it will be better after a while. Read more

Food took a long time. My sandwich was raw. When I asked for another the employee tried to get the manager but she didn't even... come to me she yelled from the back and asked if I wanted a new one. I said yes and was given a new one quickly it was stillslightly under cooked. Read more
Against my better judgement I went to KFC today, Not being there for many years thinking it had to have gotten better, I was... wrong it got worse..from the start the older woman on drive threw made me feel as I was bothering them by being there. Thentried giving me the wrong drink. Then I got home and fixed a plate the chicken hasn't got the flavors of KFC and was awfullygreasy, the biscuit looked good but I took a bite and couldn't swallow it tasted as it was bad or old mix, the baked beans sametasted bad old like a few days to old..God help them if I or anyone else that eats there get sick. I can't afford to loose 22$but I should have stayed away from there , they all should be ashamed of themselves for running this one great restaurant intothe ground for our whole town is going to not trust it after this now.
