Our Community Emergency Response Team had dinner on 10/25 here in Oskaloosa. There were a total of 31 adults, 12 under 10 and... 11 over 10 dining. The food was good. 4/5 only because the menu items we order are different and not cooked or prepared the same each... visit/order. 1. We ordered a large Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza 2 separate visits and they had different ingredients on the pizzaeach time. Really liked the first one that had diced tomatoes on it but the second was missing the tomatoes the first one had sothat was a bummer. 2. We have ordered 2 small blueberry desert pizzas, also on two different occasions. One had very littletopping and a lot of crust while the other had a normal amount of the blueberry topping but the center of the crust was notcooked all the way. Read more
We came here recently and it was pretty good! It happened to be family night so there were a decent amount of people here. The... drink machine was out of order and they had a table of 2 liters. They were bringing buckets of ice out for the drinks. Thestaff was working so hard to keep up with the demand of the customers. Some who were extremely rude. I felt for the staff attimes. As someone else posted, whomever is making the biscuits is burning them black and still putting them on the buffet. Welaughed so hard at that bin of charcoal! so that's something they need to address. Just cause it's such a waste of food. We willbe back though! Read more
We were looking forward to dinner out? what a nightmare!!! Will NEVER cross the door again! Never in my life have I ever been... asked to leave for asking for a pizza not on the buffet!???????????? The manager even called the police????????????seriously!!!For asking for a pizza??????? She kicked us out with NO REFUND for the nearly $30 meal!!!????????????So we waited for thepolice and explained what happened over the manager calling us liars and unruly ???????????? I was really excited to learn Pizza Ranch in Oskaloosa was under new ownership and was love seeing people say it was really... good. Today we decided to have some take out from them and enjoy it with family time at home. It was 25 minutes for a waitwhich is normal for a Saturday at dinner time. Got it home and loaded our plates. Our thin crust Buffalo Chicken Pizza had adecent amount of chicken on it and was crunchy. It could have used a bit more sauce on it. The slices were even cut evenly whichwas nice. The bad part was the edge being burnt and bitter. The fried chicken was tasting of oil that was burnt in the fryerand was a bit too dark on the skin. Inside was moist and tender but really greasy. I'm thinking draining needed to be done orwatching what temp it's at when putting the chicken in the fryer. It was hot and fresh but Pizza Ranch has done better. TheBiscuits were burnt on the outside and inside raw dough. That was something that should not happen. I pray you can fix problemsand help your employees out so this place doesn't become the other one we had. For now we will skip this place and try monthslater. Read more
Terrible food. Spent over $60 on an online order last night. Received liquid Mashed potatoes and undercooked pizza that made my... daughter sick. Owner called when I completed their online survey and assured me that no one gets sick from their food. Good toknow I guess. Offered me another meal from them. I declined.
