This is one of the worst pastas I've ever had from a restaurant. The noodles were unevenly cooked and some stuck together. There... was a tiny amount of sauce on the bottom but not enough for the whole portion, I had to add jarred sauce to make it edible. Ispecifically order cream sauce pasta to avoid tomatoes, which I can't have, nowhere in the world have I ever had a fettuccineAlfredo with tomatoes in it, except this one. They're not even cooked, just cut up and thrown on top with the cubes of rubberchicken and the mushrooms weren't so good either. Altogether it was a real fail and I'd tell them directly but they don't answertheir phones after 830pm even though they're open til 10pm. I realize you're short staffed, as is everyone these days, but whenyou're serving food people expect to receive something they can actually eat after a long day working, not have to add their ownsauce and pick all the unlisted unwanted tomato pieces out of the very dry pasta that wasn't uncooked. The whole point of takeout is to not have to cook or fix up the order to make it taste decent. Terrible service and food, I live here and you wont beseeing me again, ever, thats forsure. Terrible food service and quality seem to be the standard in this half horse town, whichis fine for tourists you'll never see again, but to sell this yuck to locals, it will come back on you. People are getting tiredof forking out $30 for terrible meals. Read more
Great almost classy sports bar area. Wait for family seating. Waitress was polite and joyful, conversational in a great way.... Timely service. Had steak, rare, it was awesome. Asked her to take away broccoli and she gave me fries as a sub! Waitressoffered the sub, and suggested the chilled glass for my beer! Very helpful service. Visited after Shambhala 2022. Read more
This Pizza chain has a nice home in Osoyoos. Not a lot of parking in the vicinity, but perfect to stop in if you are already at... the beach or downtown. The servers have always been friendly and accommodating. The food always has nice presentation andtastes great. Prices are now a bit high due to inflation. Can't really blame them though. They offer very nice patio andindoor seating. The kids love visiting this restaurant for pizza and takeout is good too. Read more
We did not enjoy the food in the restaurant. We ordered a pizza that was with hard bottom and with not tasty sauce. The pizza is... similar to a ready-made pizza that is prepared at home in the oven. Really do not recommend the place. I will note that theservice was courteous but slow and we needed to look after the waitress to get service. Read more
I ordered the beet/goat/ salad with grilled chicken and since I ordered at the end of the night when it was not busy and it was... a quiet Sunday evening I expected that it was east to get what I paid for. I got the salad and dessert I ordered and I did notreceive the chicken. It was seriously disappointing because I had driven for several hours through areas where there were noopen restaurants nor diners. Nor stores. So I was really put out by this. I paid for the grilled chicken and I waited longer than others who were barely ahead of me, who all received everything they ordered. I was famished and needed extra proteinwhich I didn’t get. I now have to wait y to o leave town til they open in the morning, to be reimbursed. That sucks bigtime. So 1 star is what they get at Osoyoos Boston Pizza. Be sure to fully check your take out when ordering there. Update: June12 - I had stopped in and told them they left out my added chicken order. fir my beet and goat salad and they write myname on the book and honours the da tho didn’t try a satisfactory dinner on June 5th…. Drove grandma home from Vancouver - wanted an easy tasty dinner so used the Boston Pizza app and ordered 2 pizzas and a double... order of honey garlic wings. Everything arrived hot and looked good …. But we a little problem with the wings. Called therestaurant and chatted with Ed, the manager. Since we had 2 awesome pizzas and we understood they were crazy busy on a Saturdaynight (and we were offered pick up but we were too tired to drive) so we agreed on chatting today. I got my mom to call Ed aswe are back home in Vancouver. She said Ed was super polite and helpful and an amazing double pack of wings, veggie sticks anddip arrived at her house shortly after. Mom is pleased and impressed. We’re very happy with Ed and Boston Pizza Osoyoos. Andwe all are very pleased to recommend the Boston Pizza Osoyoos to everyone looking for great food, consistently excellent, andstellar service. Thank you Ed, and your Boston Pizza team! Read more
Had a great lunch on Monday with our family of 8. We were helped at the door by a man who was fast with our passports and kept... us all laughing. Our server was Leeah and she was genuinely friendly and literally ran around to give us the best service andquickly seeing as it was just her. The food was so delicious, came out fast and still steaming hot, the cooks did a great jobgetting all of our food (for 8 people with Appies)out in under 15 minutes. We love the place again now that there is newmanagement and owners, what a difference. Looking forward to our next family get together at Boston Pizza Osoyoos! Read more
