I was very impressed by their enthusiasm to please . I called last minute and explained I needed a cake ... last minute notice,... and they quickly "Magivered " a cake into what I needed. Even packed it in a box full of ice to make it to its destinationwithout melting. Truly appreciated. Good job DQ!! Read more

Ordered a choco brownie extreme blizzard cake for my birthday. Payed the extra to have it blizzard style, since I wanted... chocolate on the top and bottom like the picture advertised. First of all, they spelt my name wrong on the cake, which wasdisappointing to say the least. When we got home and cut into it, it was just a regular ice cream cake, no extra chocolate, justvanilla on the top and chocolate on the bottom. The customer service was terrible, as the guy just stood there and didn't sayanything. Read more

I don't understand this place. It's almost like they want to push their customers away. The drive-thru takes forever, and even... if you go in you have to prove that you bought something to use the washroom and they're just kind of abrasive and rude. I guessit's family run? But it seems like this family doesn't like their job. I would go somewhere else. Read more

Worst ice cream ever!! Don?t bother, waste of money. I got a choc extreme and it was vanilla ice cream with five or six pieces... of chocolate. And they couldn?t give me a proper lid for my blizzard!! Read more

Extremely disappointed with the poutine. The fries were undercooked and soggy. Insufficient amount of gravy as well as hardly... any curd cheese present. The onion rings were soaked in grease...and only 6 were served. Will not return to this location for along while. Read more

I usually don?t bother rating national chains unless there is something unique worth mentioning, in this case it?s the staff,... they are cheery happy and always accommodating, I?ve never had a bad meal here and it?s always quick and served with a smile. Read more
